Wow best chicken ever!

Always love it! Not their fault but people need to learn how to drive around there. I've rarely seen so many people confused by a sinple parking lot.

I used to love this place, but it has also gotten incredibly expensive. The chicken strips have also shrunk, even as the price has gone up. Sometimes when you complain that they are too small, which they always are, they will give you an extra one or two, but you should not have to do that. They are only supposed to be an ounce , according to them. At $2.09 apiece, that makes it approximately $35 a pound when taxes figured in. That is simply too much for chicken. It’s not even organic or antibiotic-free. It’s just plain old chicken that cost two bucks a pound. It’s always full inside and if you can find a table, it is disgusting. The floors are disgusting, as well. They really need to hire some more people to clean up and wipe down the tables. It’s disgusting to have to grab a seat as soon as it opens up, and have to eat where the last person left all their junk without it being cleaned in between, but there’s no other choice if you want to eat at a table. Also, they love to fill the cup completely with ice before giving you your lemonade so you only get half a cup. And they charge extra for it!

They need to be more in tune with the table turnaround. If there were 7-8 open tables, they were all dirty as well. Eventhough the place gets busy at times, they should be able to send someone out and pick tables up and wipe them accordingly. C'mon, let's do 100% better on this so 5 stars could be deserved!
A plus that location closed at 02:00, an option to the late-late outers in San Diego.

I keep asking for unsweetened tea and they keep giving me sweet tea! It makes me depressed and ruins my day when I have the scrumptious meal from canes and it’s ruined with the sweetened iced tea >:(

My first time ever at Raising Canes, beside the fact that they took for ever in the drive though they were rude. I ordered 3 meals to which I checked and didn’t see the famous sauce I asked for sauce the guy in the drive though rudely said they cost .45c to which I said is ok than be proceeded to ask a again rudely how many do you need I said I didn’t get any he than sends a girl to take my order like if I’m lying to begin with they take it and he than comes back and says your sauce was under your toast in a really condescending tone as if I was dumb for not knowing this. Horrible experience never have I waited 15 mins in a drive though to get rude service. And just anyone who wants to go knows this was at the one by H St. in Chula Vista at 9:52pm.

Biggest canes building,drive thru and production I’ve seen. Got the saddest,stale and coldest fingers ever.
