Loud but tasty chicken fingers. Sauce is decent and recommend the lemonade! Crinkle cut fries were delicious as well.

Good food but long drive thru line. Going inside is way quicker.Whenever I’ve been into the store it’s been around 7ish minute wait. However, the drive thru line took around 30-40 mins

The long wait in line in Canes is normal BUT the food is subpar in comparison to other Canes. The chicken looks like nuggets, the fries were soggy , the slaw was open when served. My chicken looks like someone already bit it. We mentioned to the one that brought our food in the vehicle that the Canes in Santee is better and faster service. He yelled “Then Just go to Santee.” What kind of attitude of a worker is that? They need to train them better. I am really disappointed because we want to try this new Canes location.

I really wanted to like it but this is the most bland chicken I’ve ever had in my life… and I was raised by a white mom who’s idea of bbq chicken was kc masterpiece dumped on chicken breast and thrown in the oven to bake. It’s pretty confusing and to find the drive through lane since there’s no signage. Definitely just go to Popeyes ??‍♂️

Went through the drive through. I ordered my food through the speaker I didn't get the total. A worker bought my food to the car, but didn't know how much. He said $14 and change. I gave him $15. He turned around and excepted me to drove off i had to ask for my change. In the drive through in lane#2 there were 3 workers just playing and not taking orders. The line was really long. One worker cursed at the other worker. The stuff is too young or too immature to deal with customer service. The plus side is the food is really good. I went again and the service is better inside. The drive thru staff needs to be trained or replaced. Customer service shouldn't be that horrible!!
