I love rallys..... tonight i had the worst service. went to the walk up window...ordered my food waited 40minutes for my food. One missing item and everything else we ordered was cold. 9 cars were served after we ordered.
I just left my order was over 40.00

1 Bacon zilla
3 mother crunch wixh was 1 #7 and 1 #6
And a kids chicken box not to mention this was my favorite place to go Orillia today I just let 10min ago we get to the park and our chicken is burk crispy it's doesn't even look edible I'm very disappointed this about the 4th time I get service like this amd it's not acceptable in no way because I'm paying for my food it's not free
