On March 30th we ordered online to be delivered at home. One of our orders was the lobster pappardelle. I always order that because I’m allergic to shrimp!! With my luck their chef is probably freestyling because my order got shrimp on it!!! Lots of it!! So I call the restaurant and I spoke to their manager Walter he told me to make another order and he will refund me the first order of pappardelle and the second one as well. Went to red lobster on Sunday, March 26 with a friend from church. The waitress first wanted to sit us by the kitchen I said no I don’t sit by the kitchen then she proceeded to sit us by the bathroom which you could smell. I picked our place settings and I proceeded to move window in the front of the restaurant. Make sure when you order the trout fillet that you make sure there aren't any bones in it. I was not expecting bones in the filet and swallowed one and then found 3 more bones in it. The worse part is the manager came to our table and acted like I should have expected bones in the filet making me feel like it was my fault. Horrible!
