Our bill was $86.39. I order the 7oz steak and added scampi. The steak was tough and overcooked, not medium well as ordered. I ordered a different meal. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi, and had to return because the scampi was overcooked and dry. My husband chose not eat anything and returned his meal. Not a good experience with the food returning.
On March 30th we ordered online to be delivered at home. One of our orders was the lobster pappardelle. I always order that because I’m allergic to shrimp!! With my luck their chef is probably freestyling because my order got shrimp on it!!! Lots of it!! So I call the restaurant and I spoke to their manager Walter he told me to make another order and he will refund me the first order of pappardelle and the second one as well. The pappardelle is not cheap with the delivery is almost 50$. I called the other day to ask about the refund, Walter was nowhere to be found. The lady said she will leave a message to Walter so he can call me back, never got a call back or never had a call about my refund. So unprofessional! Never again! I wish red lobster never reopened again!!! I’m so upset.
This place is not really good but it's alright for the price But something wrong about this place is that when I got food All of my food was cold and bland. I recommend to not to go there

Very nice decor and atmosphere at this location. Bar looks very nice and inviting. We ate the Fish and Chips for lunch and it was well prepared and tasty. Portion was smaller than what I would expect but tasted good. Becky provided good service with a friendly smile.

The person at the front asked if we had reservations because if we didn't the wait would be 30-30 minutes-the place was almost empty 😄, made us wait 5 minutes 😆.

Always have liked the daily specials that they provide you get to try out different things on special pricing. The service is cool and pleasant and sometimes funny.overall would recommend this place.

The restaurant is nice and the food was good, except for my daughter's food was burnt. When we asked for things from our server, it took her a long time for her to return with whatever it was we asked for. Overall, we had a nice time.

Ordered the surf and turf dinner. Came with 6oz sirloin beef and lobster tail. Beef was too chewy for my taste and I wished they had asked if I wanted the lobster tail grilled, would have tasted better for me. Overall good experience.

No respetaron la reservación estaban atendiendo también a las personas sin citas me pusieron en la lista de walking in y terminé en una mesa de la barra cuando llegó mi comida estaba fría y tenía un mal sabor no me la comí terminé trayéndomela a casa para que mañana se la lleve mi esposo de lunch a su trabajo porque a mí no me gustó no sé si el servicio y la comida fueron un horror porque estaban muy llenos pero mejor no deberían hacer reservaciones esos días especiales si no podrán respetarlas

Unfortunately, we didn't get to dine in yesterday; even though we had reservations. They had at least a 1-2 hour backlog seating walk-in customers as well as those with reservations. They couldn't tell us how long our wait was going to be after our reservation time. I felt terrible for the employees because it was chaotic to say the least. What would have been a quiet dinner with my daughter and grand baby turned out terrible. I think management should look at their protocol; either serve by reservation or first come first served. Especially, on a day like Valentine's Day. Other times, we've not had this problem. Hopefully, we won't experience this on our next visit.
Didn't honor the reservation. Terrible management, were giving preference to walkins over reservation.
Bella was amazing! Our Valentines dinner was more than expected. We had a reservation that was treated with urgency and Araceli the (host) handled very well for how long the wait was. I believe the wait was over an hour from what others were saying around us. We haven't dined here in awhile due to service and food quality..but yesterday was a huge turn around!! .We did wait over an hour for our food but we enjoyed our quality time together. Bella was the best server we ever had. Great overall communication and let us know the kitchen is backed up and suggested an appetizer. I Highly recommend her every time we will stop by again. Thank you Red Lobster for a special evening. Yes it was hectic but for us was handled very well.
The host short heavier girl honestly sucked! But our waitress wish I remembered her name was very sweet definitely made up for the host's attitude.
My boyfriend and I wanted a date night and although neither of us have been to a RL in over a decade it’s what came into his mind so we drove 40 min to Chula Vista only to find out endless shrimp doesn’t exist anymore LOL, but honestly no big deal, this was a fun throwback experience. The restaurant hasn’t changed one bit since we were there as kids and we actually appreciated that. Our meals were very affordable and while salty, still delicious. Who doesn’t love everything smothered in butter? My shrimp trio was delicious. Pls get the coconut shrimp with the pineapple sauce, YUM! And my BF got some lobster and garlic shrimp which was also very good. Oh, and we forgot to mention the biscuits, just as good as we remembered. So thank you red lobster for a fun throwback evening.
