Lisa is the sweetest, most hard working, helpful worker at Robeks! She is one of those workers that make you want to come back just because of her kind attitude. She is so sweet! Robeks is lucky to have her working for them, she makes the company better.

Never get the avocado toast. They will always be willing to give you a bad avocado. No waste even if it’s a bad product. Disappointing. Officially over it.

This is definitely my favorite Robek's. Some times they can get a little busy but the staff are still super nice and very helpful in the middle of the busyness. They have great attitudes and make super delicious smoothies.

Visited Robeks and had a frustrating experience with the cashier, LISA. She was impatient and unhelpful when I tried to clarify the promotion details. Her attitude made the whole order stressful, and it felt like she didn’t want to assist at all. The smoothie was excellent but her service made it Very disappointing.

I stopped by Robeks and had an unpleasant experience with the cashier, Lisa. She was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked a couple of simple questions about my order. Instead of trying to help, she acted like I was bothering her and wouldn’t cooperate when I asked to make a small change to my drink. Really disappointing service — I won’t be coming back to this location thanks to Lisa!

I came to Robeks just before 7 PM to use the buy-one-get-one-half-off promotion, but the cashier, LISA, told me it was too late right after the clock turned 7:01. It felt like she stalled on purpose and had a dismissive attitude when I tried to explain. I left disappointed — customer service could definitely be improved, especially when someone arrives on time for a promotion.

Great quality smoothies, I prefer the super greens smoothie that has matcha, frozen yogurt, pineapple, & kale. Definitely recommend these as a meal replacement. Good service too. Staff is quick.

I order thru the app and pick up at this location. Their drink quality is consistent, and very tasty. The staff is always friendly and polite. I wil definitely order again! I typically stop by every couple of weeks for a smoothie- my favorite is Nuts About Protein!

Food is great workers are slow
Nowhere to sit. Ordered avocado toast & PB/banana toast. $25! Taste was good but dry, and they only had spoons! Hard to eat without a knife & fork

I frequent this shop quite a bit. Maybe three times a week before the gym or after. The drinks are really good. The service is great. However, a friend tried mine one day and she noticed something odd about it. She did a test on it at her lab and. The test showed traces of bleach. So seems like they use bleach to clean their containers? Or maybe some bad plastic cups. There are better cleaners, less dangerous for food service .

Walked in on a Saturday. There was just one couple waiting for their order and two people working. Not one of the two people addressed me when I came in or as I stood there for 10 minutes. They walked up the counter several times to drop orders and still no acknowledgement to me whatsoever. Needless to say regardless of the quality of the product customer service is everything. I will not be back. Note to management. Teach your team to acknowledge customers
