Romano’s macaroni grill

Not sure what's going on with this place! Quality has dropped considerably. It use to be great. The food was blah and had been sitting under the warmer for a while. The chicken was way undercooked and raw. The manager sends you 2 checks/bills. Our discounted bill for the specials that they had and a bill for what it would have cost without the specials. I don't need a reminder on how to tip or how much I saved. It's tacky and cheap to present both!

Food was amazing. Was going to give a 3 or 4 because the food seemed to take forever to get but we were in and out of the restaurant in an hour. Happy hour was from 6 until closing, the pizza was a good size and the lobster bisque soup was amazing. Also, our waitress made our drinks really strong.

My son, wife and I visited Macaroni Grill for a nice dinner. We ordered Lasagna, Pollo Caprese and Signature Truffle Mac + Cheese. Everybody in my group was delighted with the food and service. Our server Emilio was great and attentive. The food was very tasty and fresh. We ended our evening with a Lemon Passion cake that was to die for. I can say that our visit was very nice and after 10 years since our last visit at this location we will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, delicious a huge selection. More than ample amounts. Two could easily split a meal. Side note, David is a great Server. YUM!

Great place, service, food and time here.

Service was very slow. Food was only ok. Very disappointed. I love Italian food, but will stick to Olive Garden. This was my first time trying this place and the last time I will dine there. We had a large group as we were celebrating my daughters birthday. I left very unsatisfied and disappointed. Not a happy memory.

Friendly staff and very good service by Emelio who kept us on time to make our movie. Good food and atmosphere

We were there with a large group of young children , staff was very accommodating , children's chicken fingers were top notch , the Italian light beer was delicious , and all the adults entree's was to die for , loved LOVED my lamb brisq - absolutely perfect ! Server was polite , attentive , and organized with our bunch of kids . Thank You!

I used to love going here with family. We stopped going because they take forever to bring our food. And food is not ghat great anymore.

The food is never consistent. I have very mixed feelings about this restaurant. Sometimes the experience is good and sometimes it's horrible.

Just had dinner here last night with my wife. The server "Josh" helped figure out a dish she had years ago, that was no longer a menu item. The customer service here, was Above & Beyond. We were very impressed with his help in making sure my wife got what she asked for. Thank you & Great job on the service here!
