Ordered last night from Door Dash. Food came fast and was hot, but the portions were a little small in my opinion. I've only eaten in the restaurant once so I don't recall how big the portions were. $50 barely fed a family of three. We ordered the Mama's Trio, a Caesar salad, and a caprese salad. The lasagna was good, but there hardly any fettuccine, and the chicken parm was the size of a chicken tender and didn't even come with spaghetti. The caprese was 4 slices of Roma tomato and three slices of mozzarella with some Romain lettuce and spinach. Overall the amount of food in my mind was not worth the spice.

So I just got my Chicken Alfredo pasta that I ordered from you guys. I've ate there plenty of times before and the food was always on point. I don't know who the chef that was working on my food today but I had to throw the pasta away because it literally tasted like a huge plate of SALT! Like WTF lol I'm honestly not even mad coz I know you guys are better than that based on my passed experience dining in there. But did the chef drop the whole bottle of salt in my food and act like it didn't happen or what? What's going on?

Poot service. Out waiter Kevin was in a bad mood. He wrote down our order on the table. He only send the order of the appetizer to the kitchen and came back to the table to see what he wrote down to send the rest of the order. There were two tables that sat down after us and got served before us. Food was good.

The waiter is not friendly and speaks in a bad way. Super slow and when he took our order he wrote it down on the paper on the table and left, he came back 10 min later to write it down on his notes to barely place the order. Honestly it is a nice place to come and have some Italian food and with this type of service I don't even want to come back. I like it here because it's close to home but with this experience I don't think I will be coming back. Love the drinks and the food, that is something that I have to say about this place.

I went to this restaurant and had a wonderful waiter. His name was Jon and he gave us the best service we had ever had. He was polite, kind, and respectful and it had only been his 2nd week working. I hope this gets read because he deserves to be promoted because he is making everybody's experience better.

Not sure what's going on with this place! Quality has dropped considerably. It use to be great. The food was blah and had been sitting under the warmer for a while. The chicken was way undercooked and raw. The manager sends you 2 checks/bills. Our discounted bill for the specials that they had and a bill for what it would have cost without the specials. I don't need a reminder on how to tip or how much I saved. It's tacky and cheap to present both!

Food was amazing. Was going to give a 3 or 4 because the food seemed to take forever to get but we were in and out of the restaurant in an hour. Happy hour was from 6 until closing, the pizza was a good size and the lobster bisque soup was amazing. Also, our waitress made our drinks really strong.

My make your own pasta with the Bolognese sauce came out cold. The waiter was slow even though not busy. Haven't ate here in years in another state and it was always so good. Wish I had looked at these reviews first and gone to Olive Garden. I think Corp needs to be notified of the poor reviews of this location and step in. Then told the waiter about it and he got a huge bad attitude about it. Changed to one star after that and going to talk to manager.

Went there a couple of Fridays ago in the evening. We ordered some entrees, including the "trio", which comes with chicken parmesan, feticcini alfredo, and lasagna. To make it short, the lasagna was at best warm on the outside, looked a bit burned on the edges, and was refrigerator-cold on the inside! It was very gross taking a bite of that lasagna. I told the server and he took the entire plate away, only to return it to my table minutes later saying they would make a new lasagna for me. Why take the whole plate if you're going to return it as-is so the other items also get cold. I go to restaurants to eat together with my family, not at different times each. 10 minutes later I get the entire "trio" re-made, but it's useless at this point because I had already eaten the other barely-warm items from the first "trio" they held up for a few minutes. I just expected the lasagna to be re-made so I could get it faster. The new lasagna was extra burned and crispy on the pasta side, and warm at best. Didn't bother to tell the waiter again and just asked for the check. Their prices are not cheap, and for the quality of food you get, it's a slap in the face and it does piss you off. Coincidentally, the next day I talked to a relative who said they had also gone to Macaroni Grill the night before, and that their lasagna was also COLD! What are the odds? Well, the odds are that this is a recurring problem and management needs to fix this ASAP. Thay are going to lose customers fast, and you can tell by the 2.5 star rating they currently have.

We ordered Postmates this evening for our date night in. The two pasta dishes we ordered were good, though smaller portions than we expected. The stuffed mushrooms, however, were comically ridiculous. I included the menu picture (what we thought we were ordering for over $11), and I think the second two pictures speak for themselves. Highly disappointed.

We wanted to try something new. Service very slow, Kevin the Server said so himself that we didn't get the experience during him serving us. Food lukewarm slightly seasoned, my friend order steak medium it was tough and tasteless. Italian food not even close. $55 dollar Saturday evening wasted. After telling the server our experience not even a sympathetic apology. The restaurant is close to Tijuana's border so my internet wasn't working to check reviews :( totally disappointment

Made a mistake attempting to come back in after waiting so long for someone to take a drink order the first time. Came in tonight and was told it would be a 5 min wait for a party of 3. There was a large party waiting ahead of us which was no biggie. The biggie was the fact that THREEEEEE other parties came in after us, all 3 similar party sizes and were seated before us. 20 min go by....no update. What was even crazier is that the restaurant had open tables and wasnt even packed. There will be no 3rd attempt.

Horrible horrible horrible service!! Had 2 waiters at same time and no service and we had the only table there!!! Food was burnt with one order. We tried to get attention and no one could even turn an eye. Only got bread when asked did not get everything we ordered and they seemed to be bothered by us never going back.NEVER EVER

This is my first time ever trying Macaroni Grill. I ordered 4 things: 1 x CALAMARI FRITTI 1 x LOBSTER BISQUE 1 x CHEESE RAVIOLI 1 x FETTUCCINE ALFREDO The website said my order would be ready by 7:47pm. I arrived on time and when I got home (7 min drive) my calamari and soup were COLD. My kids meals were warm but barely. Pickup / To-Go orders should not be cold when you're picking it up exactly when they tell you to. Also, the calamari portion was so small. And they were flimsy and again cold. No crunch, I feel like they were leftovers and not fresh. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth $11.50 for quality and portions. Literally my favorite thing was the bread that came with the soup. My kids enjoyed their meals after heating their food up in the microwave. Definitely not getting food from here again. Too pricey for crappy quality of food.
