Food and staff great BUT, there is a transient there EVERY DAY ALL DAY who leaves his duffle bag and large backpack on the table and sits at another table talking out loudly to himself. Very uncomfortable for patrons especially because he makes sitting out in the patio difficult. He loiters there for many hours all day EVERY DAY. Never orders, but gets cups of water and asks for handouts.

Hadn’t been to Rubio‘s in a while… And was sad to see that it wasn’t quite the same as it was even a couple years ago more expensive food less quality tasted OK but I remember getting a fish taco and it would be filled with the fish, of course, and the lettuce and the white sauce. This there was hardly any white sauce or lettuce on a burnt tortilla. Not impressed…don’t think I’ll be eating there for a while…
