The hospitality from this location is always on point. Victor was very kind and generous in taking our order and handing our food to our table! Rubios tacos are so delicious and tasty 🤤

First time at this it any Rubio's in years and they didn't disappoint. Food was amazing, chicken burrito was so yummy and chicken tortilla soup yummy 🤤

Cashier's were amazing on helping with order because I'm unable to eat some things and she knew what was in all the foods, she was patient and very helpful.

The food was very delicious I ordered a california burrito and the employees were very helpful and friendly with my adjustments of my food for light guacamole and stuff

Would you pay nearly $6 for this one single taco after tax? Only one taco but it wouldn’t let me select one without changing the name so it says “tacos” but there was only one.

Very flat flavor. Even eating one shrimp by itself barely gave me any char or any flavor.

So…. Overpriced, underwhelming taste…. Meh. I guess this needs to be a place you ONLY go to for Taco Tuesdays, now. 🤷‍♀️

The service was great and she was nice. Location: your basic Rubio’s but it was also very clean. You can tell the people take pride in their service.

Can't beat their $2.50 fish taco Tuesdays. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Food was ready for pickup very quickly and their salsa bar had plenty of options to choose from. The fish tacos were fresh, crispy, and very flavorful.

I had a terrible experience at this location!

I ordered a chicken chopped salad. I received a salad with fish in it. The employee was notified of this mistake and they simply demanded that I accept the salad and that they provide the chicken on the side. I am very allergic to fish and could not accept this demand. Thankfully, the manager noticed this exchange and offered to make a new salad. Upon arriving home and opening the new salad I noticed there was cheese on it. The only other alteration I asked for was no cheese. I am un aware how you can make so many mistakes with a simple order, and act frustrated when said mistakes are pointed out. I do not recommend eating at this location. Bad employees, bad training. You will most likely get your order incorrect and have rude employees reluctant to resolve this issue.

Placed my first online pick up order and the service was so fast! The team was very friendly when I entered, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed anything else after I was handed my order. Will definitely be using the online order for pick up in the future!

Just find somewhere else to go, this is not what you wanted or ordered..

I ordered in person at the counter and they still screwed up a very simple order.

It’s Taco Tuesday and we were very hungry having missed lunch. We stopped at the Rubio’s in the Chula Vista Centre off H street. My wife ordered the shrimp bowl that was advertised on the counter. She told the woman at the counter that she did not want any sauces on her bowl. I asked for five original fish tacos with No sauce.

We got our order and came home. All I heard was “Crap”, they put something in her bowl that was red and basically ruined her meal. I offered my tacos to her as a good husband should do. There was white sauce on three of the five tacos.

Since I live on the other side of the city, I did not want to waste gas on taking it all back and I was tried from driving.

How hard is it to get an order right? It was not a large or complex order, just no sauce on anything!!

The store looked nice and if I had not been traveling all day, I may have sat down to eat but home always sounds better.

So for about, $32.00, my wife ate my tacos and I tried to eat the mush in the bowl. Not even good enough for the dog.
