Rubio's Coastal Grill

I ordered through the app and sat down in the restaurant. I was happily greeted by the cashier. 5 minutes later my food was called. Quite impressive considering it was lunch time in a Tuesday with a Guacalmole Day special. Very pleased with this visit.

Rubios is my favorite go-to fresh mex. Food is consistently good, fresh, and made to order. Depending on the location, they may serve it differently, or portions might be a little different, but it’s always tasty. The OG Baja fish taco is always good but my favorite are their creative bowls and salads.

Food took 18 minutes to complete with an empty restaurant! I ordered my food at 7:07 PM and got my food at 7:25 PM. I got 2 shrimp burritos which were done by 7:12 PM. I got 2 2 fish taco plates. 1 was done at 7:12.PM and the other came out at 7:25. The restaurant said my order was complete at 7:18 PM, which it was not. Very unsatisfied!

Tried for the first time today... Unfortunately, the Surf n Turf bowl was missing shrimp and our 2nd bowl (Hot Honey) was missing the sour cream that we added and paid for. Food was good but paying for stuff and not receiving them is annoying.

Almost always have a good experience not sure what happened this time.. I placed my order waited more then 30min after waiting went to the front to ask about my order some how they forgot my order witch I wasn’t planing on taking that long of a lunch break and all they said was were so sorry didn’t offer a discount or anything..

Daniel, the Store Manager, was absolutely amazing! He greeted me with a warm smile; something I truly needed after a stressful day. I had a family emergency this morning with a loved one in the hospital, and my stress levels were high until I encountered Daniel. I stopped by to redeem my birthday special, and the experience exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Daniel, for turning my day around and making me feel special. Your kindness and positivity left a lasting impression; I’ll never forget how you made me feel!

We met the new general manager of this Rubios and the truth is that we were surprised after five years coming to this Rubios for the first time they gave us an exceptional service he supported us with our application he explained to us how it worked and not only that the food was extremely delicious he made sure that our dishes were with a good portion and the quality of the food is super exquisite it definitely became my favorite place again I recommend visiting this place when Daniel is there because you will not regret the service

Food is good, but customer service sucks. Everytime I order delivery they ALWAYS send whatever salsa they want not the one specified. Not that hard. 🤬
