I used to go to this rubio's all the time, but lately they have really changed. They no longer have napkins out for you to get your own and the food was just mediocre. I had a fish taco, and the fish portion was small and dry. I still like rubio's but I don't go to the location anymore.

It’s taco Tuesday.. Thete is no better place for lunch than Rubio’s. The food was hot and fresh. And we had a line today.
