Food was pretty average nothing too special. Lechon kawali was not what I had expected. Chicken inasal was ok. Tapsilog was good it looked like a lot but that’s because it’s in smaller pieces. Garlic rice tasted a little bland. The pancit I actually enjoyed and was a lot for the price. This place is not bad for people who generally don’t eat Filipino food often.

Hidden little spot. The inside is nicely designed and clean. Lechon Kawali, Bangus, and garlic fried rice are all a great value when compared to the price. Overall, we enjoyed it and will likely be returning at some point.

So far the place has the best lechon kawali. Will definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu.

A new Pinoy food place in Chula Vista area. The location is a bit more isolated from commercial areas. The dining area is a lil bit smaller but it feels good and comfortable to eat those meals freshly prepared when they served up to you. I ordered TAPSILOG, which is a combination plate of beef tapa, sunny side up egg and garlic rice. The beef tapa is very tender and very garlicky. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! For dessert, I have buko Pandan. Creamy and sweetly flavored. Super like it! Both food were served about 15 minutes and the staff has offered more choices on their menu. Staff is very friendly and helpful to recommend their best seller amongst the food choices on their menu. I am happy that there are more Filipino restaurants popping out in Chula Vista. Another place for Filipinos to pig out and enjoy! Highly recommended to everyone. Will come back to this place soon to try more of their food in the menu.

Glad i stopped by here after work the other day. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. Great portions. I ordered the Bangsilog, without the egg, and the owner gave a side of bulalo soup which was sooo yummy and went perfect with my silog! The milkfish is boneless. Excellent flavor, not salty.

We came for breakfast and ordered the Tapa Silog, Bangus/Daing Silog and a regular order of the Crispy Pata. My wife said the tapa and garlic fried rice was delicious and my Bangus was perfect. The outside was nicely crisp and had no bones. The crispy pata was also perfectly cooked. It was freshly fried and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The service was great and the place was clean. I would highly recommended this place. Don't let the location discourage you.

Worst place , my family and I was super disappointed , I recommend this restaurant to celebrate my bday hoping that we will be satisfied but we waited 1 hr and 40 minutes for our food. My sister’s coffee was not even hot and has a coffee grind at the bottom. My brother in law order a soda it was not even cold , I wish that they offered him a glass of ice . It took 45 minutes to gave us glass of water , I was happy I had a chocolate bar in my pocket to shared with my family while waiting for our order. Karekare was dry they didn’t serve with “Bagoong , no sauce the bottom part of the rice was saggy, the tapsilog (beef) has a weird smell. The spring rolls they serve no sauce at all . The beef caldereta was dry . I’m not stopping you to visit the restaurant I’am only sharing my experience. They have only one server for a busy day☹️??

Small and seems family run. Yummy food. It's cute, clean and casual inside. We got there around 4 pm and they were out of lumpia so get there earlier than later in the day if you want to snag some. They were so apologetic--it was sweet. I'll definitely circle back for some.

So happy we found this spot! The delicious menu, the home made sauces, nothing out of a plastic jug here ! We had beef pares, lechon, and half order of pancit. Barely spoke while we ate ? we also had a visit with the owner/chef, who is internationally trained and it shows! We will come back soon!

The lady that welcomed us, probably also the business owner when we arrived was very hospitable and accommodating. The menu is still very limited but are specialty dishes especially to the authentic Filipino craving dishes customers. The crispy pata, beef bulalo and other dish we ordered were worth the 10-15 minutes wait before the food was served. The place is located at the end of small strip stores at 3rd Avenue, Chula Vista. The service was great! Maybe to better attract and impress customers that have been already there is to use regular plates, spoon and forks that require washing instead of disposable plates and plastic forks and spoons. This is just a mere suggestion and not necessarily to be obeyed. I know places like Zarlito's and Villa Manila restaurants in National City use those types of dinnerware and I for one is impressed by that.
