First coming here. The señor Pancho fries were really good. It comes with adobada & carne asada, beans, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, and jalapeños. It was a decent amount for $14 with tax. The only downfall was both red and green salsa were watery, not much taste or spiciness. Loved that it had different ingredients than other places. Will come again.
I went to senor Panchos late night last week and got one burrito. The man at the front was very old and very rude. My order was all wrong and the man at the window wasn’t being of any help so I asked for a refund which he refused. So I got his name and I called the next day and asked for a manager and I spoke with a man named Chema. He was absolutely delightful and took care of me in a very professional and caring demeanor. Also my new burrito was so fire! lol he hooked it up....
I don't know what happened between last month and today, but I ordered a California burrito...got charged the same price ($12 and change), but the new size portion is at least 50% smaller. I get that times are tough, but this is too much of a downsize.
