An excellent Mexican focused restaurant with great burgers and amazing cocktail. Clearly a mixologist made their drink menu. If you’re a bougie cocktail lover, you gotta stop by.

The chicken was not soft, it was toasted inside as if reheated.

Was able to easily obtain a reservation on a Friday night. Sat out by the patio and the live music was amazing. Margaritas were well served and the food was all super tasty. The beet salad and ahi nachos were a favorite of mine. I will definitely go back.
Aside from the drinks and food being absolutely delicious...the service was amazing. Can't wait to go back. I wish I could remember my servers name because she was great. Highly recommend the spot.
I’m apart of the woman’s group from awaken church . We get together every other Saturday morning .
This specific Saturday morning we chose this restaurant shake & muddle . I ordered the American breakfast which had hash brown , eggs , French toast , bacon . Only reason I give 4/5 is because I prefer taking the whole potato ? and using a shredder to make the potato pieces into a fine cut to then cook on the skillet. When the hash browns are “frozen packages they come in a little rectangle or square shaped like this in my picture of my plate “
I do like that I was able to have free cafe de ola free refills . The reason I gave 4/5 for the flavor of the coffee is because I’ve had cafe de la Ola more than once from other restaurants or even home made I know the taste I am looking for cinnamon and cane sugar flavor . I didn’t get much of that with this . I do appreciate the free refills. I liked the customer service the atmosphere was very relaxing and trendy !

The food is always great, and we appreciate the menu changing so that there's always something new to try. The drinks are great too! Staff is friendly and attentive. Didn't appreciate being "out" of the Ube Creme Brule, when it is only one of 2 desserts the restaurant offers. Our only other complaint is that the music is very loud, making it difficult to talk to our friends we are dining with.
Solid spot in downtown Chula Vista - east to get to and plenty of parking. Drinks were fantastic and the poke nachos were out of this world!!! Not pictured the carne asada plate - great taste but a bit pricey. Will return for drinks and appetizers!

Celebrated mom for Mother's Day here and it was a great experience. Large group of 13 and were pleasantly surprised with a great; atmosphere, food and service (thanks Gen)!
We had no idea when we made our reservation it was 15 minutes before closing. We arrived on time, and were informed of the closing time. However, we were able to order & receive exceptional service and delicious food & drinks ( mocktails for me ) but amazing cocktail drinks for my fiance. Overall it was a wonderful dinner experience. Even though we were so close to closing, we were not rushed at all to eat quickly. It was a 5 star experience & we will definitely return the next time we visit San Diego. I ordered the enchiladas which were amazing & my spouse had the Waygu burger with bacon glaze added & truffle fries which were to die for. Love this place! Thank you for the best customer service & food!
Last time we went the food was PHENOMENAL. Service was impeccable. We were so excited to go back and the same appetizer (ahi nachos) was so saucy, it was ruined. They were out of the steak we were both looking forward to so we just left.

Went there on Mother's Day. Won't be doing that again. Service was bad. There was hardly any acknowledgment from our waitress whatsoever. I understand they would be busy considering it was Mother's Day, but at least come by and provide status or check on us after the food came. She didn't even put in my order so I got my food after everyone was finished.
Food and service were great. Considering it was Mother's Day they kept up with what was going on and didn't skip a beat. Food was awesome and perfect for us to celebrate together.
Very nice place to have a drink and relax

We had been to shake and muddle just once for brunch about 2 weeks ago. So we decided to try them out for dinner, we had our expectations a little too high I think. Because our brunch was so delicious and then our dinner was a bit underwhelming. We ordered appetizers and were enjoying the ambience but kept being asked for our dinner items every 3-4 minutes. We finally ordered our entrees only to have each plate come out at different times! My steak was the last to come out and I had upgraded to truffle fries vs. the usual herb fries. There was little to no truffle, my daughter ordered the chicken parm and got overcooked spaghetti noodles. My husband got the birria nachos and to be honest they were the star of the night! We paid close to $200 for a meal I could have ordered at Denny's! Maybe bring all plates out simultaneously instead of making it awkward for people in the group who wait until everyone gets their meal before they start eating!
The food was delicious. I had the calamari with shrimp appetizer with the seafood risotto as my entree. Each course was tasty and delectable. One point of feedback was that the seafood in the risotto had shells/tails which made it difficult to maneuver. The live music was a nice touch.
