I often go to the store near USD, but was in Otay Ranch so came to this one. The restrooms are veryyy dirty, probably haven't been properly cleaned in weeks. The tables also had spoiled liquids, paper. The employees seem to be waiting for no customers to arrive so they can go back to sit on the table and be on their phones. Asked for wifi tell me there is none, even though there is a network called 'ShareTea Guest'. Won't be going back.

Cashier had a horrible attitude, did not acknowledge me standing there waiting to get my order taken. She said they were sold out of what I wanted so I asked what she suggested to which she said one word. I then asked for another drink and she said they were out of that as well as another topping. She did not suggest anything else, had a horrible attitude, and lacked any sort of customer service. Will not be going here again.

The workers have really bad attitudes! no one has their hair up, they’re literally talking trash about customers right in front of them and maybe the workers should wear more appropriate clothes instead of having their whole chest out.

This place is disgusting. It is in need of some cleaning… the seats that used to be white are now black and there is dirt everywhere on the floors, the doors, the tables, the handles… everywhere. This business needs to be cleaned !!

I made a mistake with my rating - this place is not worth a single star! Smelly ice - terrible taste! The dirtiest place I've ever visited! Stench, mold, hair.... Horrible - Unfortunately, good people work in this place - but as workers they are not very good! You can't do this!

At first I was thinking it was a simple mistake but it is more of a bad trend.
First time, I ordered an UNSWEETENED iced tea from the guy at the counter. I repeated 3 times that it had to be unsweetened because I am DIABETIC. I got my tea and didn't taste it before I got home. When I did try it was sweet and clearly not UNSWEETENED.
Second time recently, same thing. I visited the store and asked for an UNSWEETENED iced tea and made it clear twice that it had to be UNSWEETENED. She said no poblem.
I got the tea but this time took a sip of it there at the store. Again, it was sweet. I told the girl at the counter and her response was that that is the way it comes from the syrup used to make the tea. That is no excuse. She should have told me that to begin with. I pressed her on it and told her that I wanted a new one with absoluteley NO SUGAR in it, be it added or anithing else.
She complied and the second tea (different than the first one) was made correctly.
I believe that either they don't care or undertand that there are people with medical issues or they need more training. Makes me wonder if I should come back and just take my business elsewhere. Other similar businesses don't make this mistake and stricltly give me what I order.

The tea is just okay. The Boba is actually lacking flavor.Check out A Tea 7 by Bonita Vista High school. Their brown sugar boba is SO good and their tea just tastes better.

Black milk tea tastes like water，oolong milk tea is batter than that. The boba are not chwey and fresh.
One of my favorite boba spots! The tropical tea is fantastic and the strawberry blended is so delicious! Always fast service and the seating area is great if you want to stay and have your drink inside.

I asked her for smoothie and she gave me a ICE blended which doesn't have any milk in it even after repeatedly asking she ignored the fact that I asked her for a milk drink. staff shall learn some basic English before wasting other people's time and money. Won't go there again as their product sucks!!
