My friend applied here and had an interview scheduled. Not only did the owner not show up once but TWICE and the owner only replied to her emails to cancel whenever she was there and told one of the employees she had an interview. You would think it's the hiring manager's fault, but surprisingly it was one of the owners - Tom. He canceled because he was "busy" but never gave my daughter a message letting her know prior until she was already at the shop or any context as to why he was busy. Overall, bad management and business. They also had a rat contamination around October or November.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been to this particular location a few times and every time, they are almost always out of something, their tables are always dirty and customer service is terrible. Tonight was exceptionally bad. The lady who took our order was rude and borderline angry. I do not recommend this place. There's plenty of other boba places to take your business to.

Only when I'm desperate for boba will I stop by here. I've tried a number of drinks of theirs and I have to say their quality is not consistent. Most of the time the drinks taste really watered down even when you ask for light ice. Honey milk tea seems to be the best and safest bet except when it tastes super watered down. The space itself is decent sized, good music, clean interior. The cashiers are nice and move fast

If I could do zero stars, I would. I ordered a regular milk tea with pudding. It was nothing special, however, it had a funky taste to it like it was old. I decided to sit at one of the tables and my gosh, you would not believe what I saw run across my feet! A cockroach! I did not think anything of it because I was so shocked, I just got up and left thinking it was just my mind playing games. I would not come back here. If cockroaches are in the store, I don't even want to think about what kind of unwanted visitors there are! Update, I came back Wednesday morning and saw that this store had closed because the Health Department of San Diego County saw presence of "Vermin Infestation". RATS???? Yuck. Never going back. Get your boba fix some place else because it is not worth it.It is incredibly dirty inside, tables have marks on them and the floor is full of trash. However, the bathroom is pretty clean; I'll give that to them.Customer service is ehhh... the tall guy with the long hair took my order was incredibly rude.The milk tea I ordered had chunks in it -- maybe because they made it so fast?? Everything about this place is so unprofessional. It's crazy how they're still open.

First off, the customer service is terrible. The people who work here are rude and stingy. Secondly, I doordashed a hokkaido milk tea then my order got canceled because it was out of stock but when I called to asked if they still had it, they said yes .... ? This isn't the only time where I had tried to doordash something and they were "out of stock". Lastly, again with the customer service, if you want to try to make a call, don't bother. It takes them at least 5 rings to actually pick up the phone and when they do, it's short answered and they hang up right away. Lmao guys do better.

Sharetea used to be a spot I visited often for boba with friends. The service, music, and interior are nice. Their drinks are alright, but DEFINITELY nothing special. Recently, their prices have increased by an unreasonable amount. I cannot see myself coming back here and paying $6+ for something as simple as classic milk tea with boba. Believe it or not, some of their drinks have a base price of $7.75 :( Save yourself money; there are tons of better boba spots at way cheaper prices in SD.

The tea is just okay. The Boba is actually lacking flavor.Check out A Tea 7 by Bonita Vista High school. Their brown sugar boba is SO good and their tea just tastes better.

Staff was friendly. The store was clean. Service was fast. I ordered a QQ happy without red bean and they still put red bean. The ticket even says "no rb" but someone still managed to put it in there. Came here a couple of times and encountered the same issue. So unfortunate! Wish they could've gotten my order right.

I do Doordash and got an order for this place ..I went to pick up the order there was probably 15 people in and more people coming in the door ..the guy working there said he has to help all the customers before he can do the Doordash orders. & I was 3rd on the list of Doordash orders..

One of my favorite boba spots! The tropical tea is fantastic and the strawberry blended is so delicious! Always fast service and the seating area is great if you want to stay and have your drink inside.

I dropped by Shareatea boba and I have to say, my experience was just meh. The drink I got didn't really stand out, and I felt like it was a bit pricey for what I got. The shop itself was clean, both inside and in the restroom, which was a plus. However, the most frustrating part was that they didn't share the Wi-Fi code, even though there was a guest Wi-Fi option. It would have been nice to have access to the internet. Overall, it was a decent visit, but the lack of Wi-Fi access was a letdown.
