I am sure the managers know as well as I do.The last year they have cut the amount of espresso and chochlate in their drinks.I have been in the deli ,cafe business since 1970.the products have been cut down as far as amount of chochlate and espresso.I have had 20 businesses for the san francisco bay area.oregpn and san diego.It is ahamed that instead of increasing prices,keeping the same amount of product to make drinks,they cut down on the amount and raise prices.Any good business person will tell you to not lower the amount of product,but to raise prices instead.People know wholesale prices have gone up drastically,so it should not shock then if you raise prices.Such a shame,Product is like water!

This is the best Starbucks I've ever walked into! As soon as I entered their store I was greeted very kindly, and they were very polite and have amazing customer service. I didn't get any names but it was 2 guys working and they did amazing! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the barista made my drink the best way I could ever have it! If anyone tried any funny business with this Starbucks or tries to start beef I will throw down for yall trust 10/10 my drink will forever be bussin in my mouth

I love this location at the Chula Vista mall. Ron is my absolute favorite barista! Ron is so kind and very attentive. He has the absolute best customer service and is a very hard worker. I've literally seen him running the store solo! The store is always clean and the food and drinks are always tasty and accurate. The parking is plentiful.

Just disgusting . The store is dirty. And no one cleans it after you tell them. The top of the glass for their display is disgusting and just dirt piled up. The counters are never cleaned. And the floors are always a mess. I’m surprised they are still open. And the manager is sitting in the back not doing anything.
