Why even order ahead if there never on time always almost ten minutes late or more with my order. What happened to this place? There lead is rude after waiting forever I asked where it was and she was rude about it. Never coming back place went to trash

This is starting to happen too often that it’s getting ridiculous. The 2 stars are for Estefina. Idk if she’s the manager or what but when she’s there, drinks are going out at the correct times and are made properly.
But if estefina isn’t there, best believe that they’ll mess up your drink a bunch of times and take 3x the amount of time it’s supposed to take.
It’s very disappointing that I come here everyday before work and get continued treated with this service. A drink that takes 4-8 minutes will take 15-20 mins at this location. One day, a girl worker had messed up my drink in front of me and it was already well past the time it was supposed to be ready. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, she slammed the coffee on the table, making the frappe exploded from the top, getting frappe all over the lid and cup. And she didn’t even apologize for that!!
I would like to point out that today when getting my drink, there were 7 employees working yet 3 of them looked like they were actually trying to get the drinks out quick while the other employees looked like they were on a “Sunday Stroll” taking their time as one girl by the blenders, was just standing there by the blenders for 2 minutes, not doing anything. If you see 7 employees working, you’d expect to get your drink in the appropriate timeframe, right?

Just bought a large coffee. I use cash constantly. Store my bills in the valet, neatly, had 3 $20 bills and a$5. I give the girl $20, and she gives me $1 and change. When I ask about the change amount, she says it was a$5. I asked her how confident she is about it. She looks in my eyes and repeats that it was a $5! Well, in my valet is left 2 $20's and a $5.
I didn't insist on checking the video cameras.
Just watch out next time you are using the cash at this location!😕

Always a pleasant smile and a big hello every time I go and I go 3 times a week. TC she is an outstanding person with great customer service skills. The shop is a better place when she is there. Unlike a few that have a bad attitude. TC no matter what is doing her best for the Starbucks customers. She comes into the lobby and asks is there anything she can get additional to complete there time with Starbucks. An A+++++ employee .

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a drink, but when I received it, the cup was noticeably less than full. When I addressed this with the staff, they refused to top it off, which was frustrating. I’ve ordered this same drink at multiple locations and have never had this issue before. Given the price, I expect a full serving, and it was disappointing to not receive it or have the situation resolved by management. I hope Starbucks addresses this and ensures that drinks are filled properly moving forward.
