Just bought a large coffee. I use cash constantly. Store my bills in the valet, neatly, had 3 $20 bills and a$5. I give the girl $20, and she gives me $1 and change. When I ask about the change amount, she says it was a$5. I asked her how confident she is about it. She looks in my eyes and repeats that it was a $5! Well, in my valet is left 2 $20's and a $5.
I didn't insist on checking the video cameras.
Just watch out next time you are using the cash at this location!😕

Always a pleasant smile and a big hello every time I go and I go 3 times a week. TC she is an outstanding person with great customer service skills. The shop is a better place when she is there. Unlike a few that have a bad attitude. TC no matter what is doing her best for the Starbucks customers. She comes into the lobby and asks is there anything she can get additional to complete there time with Starbucks. An A+++++ employee .

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a drink, but when I received it, the cup was noticeably less than full. When I addressed this with the staff, they refused to top it off, which was frustrating. I’ve ordered this same drink at multiple locations and have never had this issue before. Given the price, I expect a full serving, and it was disappointing to not receive it or have the situation resolved by management. I hope Starbucks addresses this and ensures that drinks are filled properly moving forward.

They quite never seem to fill my drink that I pay $7 for to the top and it’s always a hit and miss on flavor not consistent at all 🙁

The establishment entertains having homeless people sit there and buy nothing. Then they wash/bath in the only single bathroom.. They smell of bad body oder and look like they are fresh out of the Getto. Then they allow bare feet in the coffee shop.. They walk all over with there bare feet in a place they serve food and drinks.. This is public health issue.. We pay good money for the drinks and food to be subjected to these kind of people. Management was alerted to the problems and will not address these issues. So think twice before going to the Eastlake Starbucks turning to a safe house for the homeless..
