Like this location , however it does sometimes appear that the drive thru takes priority over in store customers.Love the Oat shaken espresso ☕️

They use to have big comfortable tables that you can sit and share with people. Once they rearranged the seats all against the wall ( small 2 seater round tables ) I rarely come in here now. Almost all the chairs opposite the small round tables are empty. Nobody wants to sit across a stranger that close to each other!

The staff in here is always very accommodating and quick, even when they have impatient people barking orders at them lol.. This is our favorite Starbucks in East CV.

Typical Starbucks but with a difference: a nice outdoor sitting area under a shade. I see many people coming here even conducting job interviews.

I usually don't like to leave reviews, but since this has happened a few times with different baristas working at this Starbucks location. It needs to written. This will be the last time I come to this location. I went in today and they had about 5 baristas behind the counter working . I go to place my order, the cashier doesn't say thank you and just turns away as soon as it's time to pay , I stick my card in the machine & he just walks away ( I even left a tip during that process)and he starts chatting and has his back to me so I finish and walk to the waiting area. Then I'm sitting there waiting for my drink for about 6 mins or so when I'm noticed by one of the baristas, He asks for my name so he can make sure I get my coffee. I've been waiting for a while now & all that is going on at this point is mobile orders, no one ordered after I ordered my drink. (This was about 8:50am) He may have asked someone but never came back or said anything. I continue waiting and all the baristas are just chatting away , some chatting while making drinks others just messing around with stickers to put on drink cups. " which one is cuter, "let's put 3 on this one" even one of the regulars(they called him by first name)chimes in about stickers. About the 13 minute mark waiting, I'm getting a little impatient because I'm not understanding why a cold brew with chocolate cream is taking so long to make. I go up to the mobile order area and look at the drinks and what do I see???... My drink that's been sitting there for about 6 mins or so . I actually even saw when the barista put the drink down but since it was in the mobile orders area , and my name wasn't called , nor did the guy come back and tell me my drink was ready ,it just sat there as the ice melted and watered down my coffee. I tell the barista that my drink is here and he's just like " oh , sorry ". At this point I just rolled my eyes and said yeah and walked away. I"m irritated because this isn't the first time this has happened because the baristas working are chatting it up, this is the 3rd time . The last time this happened , they messed up my order because the baristas were busy talking about personal stuff and not paying attention to my order, then when I told the barista it was wrong and asked if they could make the correct drink I got eye rolls, and a dirty look and the drink practically yanked out of my hand as I was handing it back. As customers we shouldn't feel like we can't ask for incorrect orders to redone. Esp when we tip these baristas. And today I just didn't feel like asking them to redo my drink for that same reason. I was already past the time I wanted to be in there and had to go to a meeting so I just left with a watered down drink . I'm totally ok with chatting at work but dismissing customers that aren't daily regulars is just ridiculous.there's a Starbucks across the street and Dunkin's too so I'll just go there.

I am protesting this Starbucks location because they took out the tables and don’t want to bring them back.

Gave me the wrong order, I didn’t drink my drink until I got home so I couldn’t ask for a change

Absolutely love mikey!!! Super nice and treated me better than any other starbuck employee. I loved the place on how it looks of how its super modern. The drinks are as best as usual with me drinking the Venti Strawberry Acai lemonade.
