Most times I pick up delivery orders here, the food and drinks are prepared but left sitting on the counter unbagged. Instead of quickly finishing the order, staff often move on to making other drinks, which means I end up waiting 5+ minutes just for someone to tape up a bag. By then, the items are already cooling down. This happens so often that I usually avoid taking orders from this location. If your Starbucks delivery ever arrives cold, this is likely the reason.

Forgot to tell the cashier my Caramel Macchiato was cold, so they gave me a hot one. Totally my fault, they changed it out for a cold one no questions asked. Awesome crew

Not a good morning or welcome to Starbucks in the whole group, and one person looked like a supervisor but maybe was just an employee not dressed for the job. I was the only customer so it wasn't their incredible

Being too busy to wipe counters and clean accessories to oush out orduct is crazy. We walked in with dead energy and the worker seemed like she didnt wanna be here. I understand being overworked can be a factor and the environment but it was depressing. The Female and Male were so busy chatting it up orderes were slow. Thankfully Vazzy (I hope I spelled Correctly) was kind enough to make sure we were OK and was the one who expedited our order after seeing us stand around for a while. I appreciate her and what she does.

I got a cup filled half way with extra ice instead.
I questioned the barista and the guy gave me a bs excuse as if I hadn't ordered this drink before.

This store is located a bit out of the way, but coming here always makes me feel good. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is honestly amazing. I think what makes the coffee taste even better is the warm, welcoming attitude of the people who work here. I usually place a mobile order and never have to wait in line. The store itself is quite small, with limited seating, but the overall experience more than makes up for it.

I visited this place with my fiance who is 100% disabled veteran and his service dog, clearly identified as such, and was still asked to leave. Thank you for the warm welcome and for going out of your way to disregard federal disability laws! Truly impressive hospitality. I’ll be sure to recommend this experience to others who enjoy being treated with such exceptional rudeness.
They don't care about anyone. The manager is there chatting. The employees do not pack the finished product. It took 15 minutes to prepare the delivery package with finished products. I met 2 different people. The 1st one has disappeared. The 2nd one doesn't care. There is a managerial deficiency. everyone exerts as much pressure as their authority. I think delivery drivers should be treated with a little more respect and empathy. After waiting for 15 minutes, instead of sorry, I was shown the screen :) It is obvious why your score is low

I’ve encountered issues multiple times with my orders at this Starbucks location. On several occasions, about a quarter of my drink has been missing, even though I ordered through the Starbucks app. When I inquired, a staff member explained that the foam was the reason for the discrepancy. However, I’ve since switched to the Starbucks near HomeGoods, where my drinks are consistently prepared to the correct volume.

I come here every other morning before taking my daughter to school I’ve had to wait such long lines at the other Starbucks on millennia And their counters are always sticky just a dirty place. if you can avoid going Please do . They have horrible customer service at the other location, but this one Is always clean the women that work here are so nice and there’s one guy I don’t know his name he has long hair and he makes the drinks perfect especially the Matcha there’s never chunks sitting at the bottom . Never ever have a problem with our drinks here 😊

The only priority is DoorDash and app orders. Customers who walk into order a coffee or snack or pretty well ignored until the to go orders are finished. Same cup of coffee for a dollar less at McDonald's. I find myself using McDonald's more and more and what used to be my favorite Starbucks less and less. I guess it's a sign of the times. McDonald's coffee for the win.
