I really don't get it. Everyone is nice here but this is the absolute slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to! I have been here when they are busy and the wait is 35 minutes for two mochas and then I have been here when there are only three people here and the wait is still like 20 minutes. I have watched and watched trying to figure out where the bottle neck is and eventually just started driving to the one by Ralph's on H Street

This Starbucks is extremely slow. The cashier " Sierra" should NEVER be taking orders. She so disconnected from her job. She doesn't smile absolutely no eye contact and is very very slow. Another employee took over for her and he was so pleasant upbeat,and welcomed me with the typical Starbucks attitude im use to. Im giving it two stars for Lu he was absolutely amazing and saved from walking out. He he sandwiches were hot and the drinks were great.

Did an online order — ordered the pumpkin loaf for my sister, received the walnut loaf! Simple mistake, except my sister is DEATHLY allergic to walnuts. Quickly realized what she had eaten, spit out and take the necessary pro cautions. Unacceptable.

This Starbucks probably had the worst customer service of the hundreds of Starbucks I’ve been to. The group working the desk are almost always rude, not helpful, and work with zero sense of urgency. This picture is on all the food and drinks they let sit out without helping the customer La patiently waiting.
This location seems to always struggle with cohesiveness in service. Some baristas are engaged and fluent while the others are completely lost. Mobile orders are consistently behind schedule by 20 minutes or more. The area for pick up of drinks and food is usually unsanitary and unorganized. Drinks are also made mediocre. I typically will not leave a review unless issues have been persistent for long periods of time. This Starbucks has been this way for at least two years. Team needs better management and staff to execute smoother service.

Super upsetting since it didn’t used to be like this. I’ve noticed both today and yesterday that it’s the same two baristas. I am a very frequent customer and I always order the same thing. These two baristas in particular have been giving me my drink half full. I’m pretty sure they know exactly what they’re doing too because every time I come in to pick up my mobile order the one gives me weird eye contact like he’s waiting for me to say something and today the girl gave me my order with a snarky smile on her face. Really unimpressed since I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks before, or any other Starbucks for that matter. I place my order, pick it up, and leave. Really sad that these two baristas are ruining it and losing my business because I love everyone else that works there.
