Some tables were not cleaned
This Starbucks has no mistake, very quick and delicious coffee. Everybody is so nice and the building is always clean and sharp.

Horrible customer service! If prices change people should be notified. Of the menu button or pos changes people should be trained properly and not try to over charge people because they don’t know how to “build” the drink properly. Definitely won’t be returning.
We went there at 7:40 placed an order 3 drinks only and we left at 8:15 my kids got late to school.
I had to ask for my drinks cause they were not made till I asked.

I told the guy behind the counter my name was “Gabe” for my drip coffee. I waited 25 minutes for my cup. When I went to the counter asking for the status on my cup, they said, “We have your order right here, it’s been ready.” The name that they’ve been calling for it was “Yen.” I told the girl that they’ve took my name down incorrectly. She proceeded to justify herself saying, “Well, we’ve been calling your name.”
I laughed and took off with my drink. Staff couldn’t take the L, justified their mistake.

Don't go to this location they don't know how to make their drinks correctly. I ordered a horchata oak milk shaken espresso and when I received it , it didn't have any milk in it and tasted like burnt coffee. So I went back to the location and asked for a caramel macchiato instead (since they didn't make my first order right) and she filled the cup 3/4 the way with milk!! Barely any coffee!! I've never had such a terrible experience at a Starbucks before. What a waste of time and money. Train your staff to make drinks correctly.
Order a hot matcha and it like hot water no taste at all I’ll stick with Jason’s cafe next time
Busy during rush hours, but if you order ahead using the SB app, your items will be ready with no hassle. Preordered items are placed on an inaccessible table, safe from grabbers during the rush. Just mention your name and that you're picking up your SB order. A minor inconvenience—the restroom is often closed with a ‘cleaning in progress’ sign.

The employee locked the door and closed the section my friends and I were actively sitting in 2 hours before closing. I felt like she aggressively put the stools on the other end of the table we were sitting at while I was coloring. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Her vibe sucked.
