I like to know how I order a venti drink with light ice and this is what I got. Which was enough drink to fill my daughters grande cup. I also have the video filling the grande cup. The picture was taken at the counter before we even touched it. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and this practice is unacceptable! 1 person working and 1 in training. Long wait time.

Unfortunately, the service here is horrible. We walked up to the counter and no one was present. There was no “be back soon” sign, nothing indicating that someone had left and would return soon. After a few minutes passed, a guy standing behind us went over to customer service and asked that someone be sent over. When the barista finally came out, I politely told him “hey, you guys should probably put a sign if no one is going to be here”. He either didn’t hear me, or completely ignored me…..go somewhere else if you can.

The barista seemed a lot more interested in his conversation with a friend then attending to his job. He asked me to wait meanwhile he carried on his conversation. I ended up leaving after a while. Shame.

I was a bit disappointed! ☹️ Employee simply looked right past me; although I stood 2 Feet from him & waited until he was done with the customer in front of me & then stared at him While he Assisted a customer who walked up after me & was waiting in line behind me! I usually buy 3 Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos, but I felt so humiliated and stigmatized by the employees avoidance that I simply asked for a Napkin and left! Why Would I spend my Money in a place that made me feel so uncomfortable!!!

The staff here are always friendly, but lately our drinks have been wrong, today my husband had no half and half in his americano, and I ordered the Christmas Crème Brielle latte and had no topping, I spoke to their barista, who argued with me about it. Saying that it had sunk to the bottom. But it was iced and hadn’t got the raised lid for any topping. Eventually she added the topping but I didn’t come to pay $6 for an argument! Not happy!

The guys behind the counter don't pay much attention to you when taking your order, they make mistakes frequently, the toilet is always dirty, the toilet in the place is not very clean, the place is very visited, I don't think they care if it's dirty , they are interested in the meeting point, very well located

This place is devolving fast. They can't make half the drinks and one of the baristas gave me a latte with 75 percent ice. I immediately went to a normal Starbucks.

Jake, Preston and Loni are wonderful. Always polite and friendly which is what you need first thing in the morning! Totally worth going into a Vons get your morning cup of Joe!
