Literally, waited more than 15 minutes to picked up an order was only a car in front of me at drive thru,. It took forever just because The manager from 2nd Shift (Robert) was having a good time talking and laughing so loud with the person was in front of me. this so ridiculous i hope next time you consider others. Don’t be A selfish person.

Horrible customer service! I ordered two drinks. And one of them, the lid was not fully on and it fells on me ! Have in mind is a hot drink. No one notices until I said something. She never apologized nor was apologetic, she just said in a very “ugh” tone “I’ll remake your drink” she goes to the barista and mumbles something that makes her look at me with disgust. I tried to help clean up but she stops me and places the remade drink in the pool of the spilled drink and walks away. I was both embarrassed and upset not because of the drink spilled but because of the way they treated me.

Their drive-through always takes over fifteen minutes even when there are only three or four cars. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it’s basically iced milk. Don’t waste your time you’re better off going to the Starbucks inside Vons or Target. The brew is bad and the baristas don’t know what they’re doing.
Trash coffee. I have been here 3 or 4 times and I end up throwing it away every time. The people giving five star reviews are clearly biased. They are crushing on the baristas.

Energy is everything. I was having a good day until I encountered Mara. Even after I said good morning, thanked her, and was as polite as possible, she still looked like she didn’t want to be there. If you’re going to come to work in a bad mood, it affects everyone. I truly hope she has a blessed rest of her day.

I was on the hunt of the hello kitty merch and when I found out that this store still has some. I hurried and drove right away to the store. When I got to the store I was told that there were only some left. They didnt have what i was looking for (i thought) so i was like ok. I got my self three other things. When i checked out. The lady at the counter wasnt very welcoming and helpful. Then after my transaction. She didnt even offer me a paper bag. I had to ask and when she gave me a bag. She just handed it to me and didnt even open the bag. As i was going back to my car and i saw a group of girls( i think they work there too) got some of the hello kitty and got what i was looking for. And i also saw a girl behind the register holding three tumblers which i was originally looking for and was told they didnt have anything left. I then asked that girl if there is anymore left and she said those were the last one. Im just confused on why i as a customer, cant buy at least one tumbler? But a worker can?

Monse is awesome! She always greets me with a big smile and a great attitude. She’s fast, friendly, and makes delicious coffees every time. Really appreciate her!

I order a caramel frappe and I get a frappe but NO CARAMEL 😞🤬when they change staff is no good Morgan is a great worker and he knows what he is doing but they change him shifts and that mess up they need workers like Morgan
