Me and my wife ordered two ice Carmel frappaccinos, and it was the worst drink I have ever had. Ice was not crushed, and there was no taste of Carmel in the drink.

Went to this Starbucks because the soapy joes next door told me I can use they then explain there policy with the bathroom which inconveniences me to buy a coffee for me just wanting to use the bathroom
I get the homeless are problem but that isn’t why I’m writing this review
The reason I’m writing this review is because the barista begins to snark at me for her little power she had over me

The Starbucks is awesome! But if you get timid about driving in and out of traffic then I wouldn’t recommend visiting this particular location. Because the traffic is stop and go in front of this one. But otherwise a wonderful place to go.

Well to start it was a Door Dash order that I was picking up. To my surprise they don't allow us to use their restrooms anymore. Unless we purchase something personal and I'm sorry but I don't support Starbucks anymore!.

We watched as each person was asked to wait at the drive-thru monitor for three or four minutes before taking their order -including us, and we realized it was getting close to closing time, so they were clearly riding out the clock. They made up a policy to try to not make my drink, and I verified with headquarters and other stores that it was INCORRECT: this store stating they could not exchange out my drink that had no flavoring in it made from another store, them making up that it was a new policy. I knew that was not the Starbucks way! The only new policy that goes into effect tomorrow, not today, is that you must make a purchase at the store to receive waters. I have been here multiple times when in the area and always have crappy service at this store including having to ask for soap in their bathroom and then making a huge deal about giving it.

If I could give you a 0 I would, but I can’t; so I give you a 1. We waited in the drive thru 20-30 mins and the matcha was so strong it was pure grass. IT WAS A SATURDAY AND THEY WERE SO RUDE DIDNT EVEN SAY WELCOME OR HI ☹️

30 min wait for a coffee, to end up with a melted frappe. What's the point of ordering in advance?

Had to wait 38 min in Driver thru do not recommend this place they are super slow they need more help or faster crew very disappointed

Every time I come here to have a mobile order, I have to wait a long time, and I have to rush them
. It's not like other Starbucks stores, where everything is ready for you when you enter the store. The service of this store is not worth recommending.
