Their drive-through always takes over fifteen minutes even when there are only three or four cars. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it’s basically iced milk. Don’t waste your time you’re better off going to the Starbucks inside Vons or Target. The brew is bad and the baristas don’t know what they’re doing.

Trash coffee. I have been here 3 or 4 times and I end up throwing it away every time. The people giving five star reviews are clearly biased. They are crushing on the baristas.

Energy is everything. I was having a good day until I encountered Mara. Even after I said good morning, thanked her, and was as polite as possible, she still looked like she didn’t want to be there. If you’re going to come to work in a bad mood, it affects everyone. I truly hope she has a blessed rest of her day.

I was on the hunt of the hello kitty merch and when I found out that this store still has some. I hurried and drove right away to the store. When I got to the store I was told that there were only some left. They didnt have what i was looking for (i thought) so i was like ok. I got my self three other things. When i checked out. The lady at the counter wasnt very welcoming and helpful. Then after my transaction. She didnt even offer me a paper bag. I had to ask and when she gave me a bag. She just handed it to me and didnt even open the bag. As i was going back to my car and i saw a group of girls( i think they work there too) got some of the hello kitty and got what i was looking for. And i also saw a girl behind the register holding three tumblers which i was originally looking for and was told they didnt have anything left. I then asked that girl if there is anymore left and she said those were the last one. Im just confused on why i as a customer, cant buy at least one tumbler? But a worker can?

I order a caramel frappe and I get a frappe but NO CARAMEL 😞🤬when they change staff is no good Morgan is a great worker and he knows what he is doing but they change him shifts and that mess up they need workers like Morgan

Every time I walk into this Starbucks, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and a great attitude; it honestly makes my day. The team here is incredibly kind, quick, and consistent. Even when the line gets long, they move fast and still make each customer feel valued. You can tell they care about getting your drink right and making you feel welcome. The space is always spotless, the vibe is calm and cozy, and the energy is just what I need to start my morning or take a quick break in the afternoon. I truly appreciate the effort the staff puts in every day. Keep being awesome!

me and my friends have went here to get drinks for all of us and the service was great. BUT me and my friend both got the summer skies and BOTH ended up vomiting it at the end of the day. we have assumed and come to a conclusion that it may have been the milk that was used in the drink. workers should be held accountable with handling the ingredients that are being used within the drinks. this couldve ended way worse but thankfully it didnt. please be aware about the drinks you drink💔
