Lobby says closes at 11:30pm, at 8:40pm I went to pick up in lobby and they had closed it. Update hours of operation if youre going to close hours before the chart says.

I normally enjoy the Starbucks completely, but this person just didn’t ruin my drink. She almost refused to give me a refund on the money I spent from my white hot chocolate. There is no mocha in that name, but she was going to force coffee done my four-year-old throat just to please herself I can’t believe how sick this location has become.

Waited in line so long that I ordered a mobile order while I was in line, it was ready and still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order from the window. How are you even open! This was pure torture with a 2 year old. The whole purpose of drive thru is for fast service!! This what my drink looked like va what it’s suppose to look like. Y’all need to be reported!! You can’t even leave once you’re there! PURE TORTURE!

I made an online order and came to pick it up I hardly get Starbucks but since I live around the way I wanted to treat myself. I purchased a pumpkin and cream cheese muffin and an apple croissant with a venti strawberries and cream. The muffin was heated as I asked. When I came to get my pickup order to make sure I didn’t just walk in and take my order I greeted one of the employees and told her I came to pick up my order she was by the register but was also doing something on the side. She stated that I didn’t have to come up I could just go over to where pick up was quickly dismissing me. I found that rude because of the tone of voice she used. I took my order left. As I got home I opened my muffin bag and seen it was smushed. The muffin was all over the bag torn into a half and with some of the muffin turned into crumbs. I’m not happy with my experience and how I was treated.

Slowest location I've been to. There were only 2 customers inside and 4 cars ahead of me. Took a good 15 minutes, and none of the cars had huge orders.. I really think the baristas need help inside with mobile orders. I could see the girl was kicking butt making drinks left and right. Just seemed understaffed. They were great and all.

I come to Starbucks all the time (25+ years), and this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had!! The barista cashier was a delight and let me know about two ways to save money. Then I was immediately served my coffee (probably 2 mins after I ordered) and the barista that served me was an absolute delight as well. I will come back here just for the service!

A few times I tried to walk in and they were closed inside because of being short staffed. This is a high volume area, so it’s pretty disappointing that management can’t get it together. I’ve had better drinks elsewhere at other Starbucks, but here they are just solid.
