Haven’t taken a sip at all ! I always get served half way filled up drinks(not only the iced) & bad service. This is not the first time this happens. & the “manager” is never there when asked to speak to them. They laugh at your face when you ask them a question. This does not happen at other Starbucks but it’s the closest to my house. Ruins your morning …. Just coming here w these ignorant employees. I hope they fill up their own coffee half way too cause that’s “how it goes”.

Great group here that is always busy. This is a busy store and they do their best at getting your drinks out fast and tasting great. I make the extra drive because they are always good drinks and they always have a great attitude.

They blocked the extra bathroom from the public for their use. Then they closed the public one without offering a solution. They did this because Governor Brown signed a Trans law stating all restrooms are non gender.

This Starbucks CONSISTENTLY gets my mobile order incorrect. Window baristas are not personable, never offer common sense things like drink carriers, straws or stoppers. Walk away without verifying and make you wait at the window until someone feels like helping. Everyone that works there seems to hate their life even when I’m the only one in the DT. Do betterrrrr you’re ruining people’s days w your bland attitude.

Worst experience EVER! They literally say around cleaning and then waiting for someone to start on the drinks that was in the back doing something for 12 minutes! 2 people after me got their stuff and they didn't even start on mine till I complained!

The service was good. It didn’t take long for us to wait for our orders. We got the free reusable red cup for the holiday. The parking is small and it was hard to back up when there’s a lot of cars coming. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I’ve visited this location various times and as a food critic & someone who reviews various locations. I can’t help but say that what I do notice is that the manager is very toxic. She always has an attitude and is very rude and I think that goes against Starbucks’ values and what they represent. This is why I rate the store one star, and I am firm on it.

Very friendly and attentive staff, but these guys absolutely BLAST their music, to the point that you have to yell out your order to cashier. Takes me back to my clubbin' days. Not the ideal place place to work remotely, especially if you have hop on work calls.Logistically, the drive thru and parking lot are a nightmare, but chalk that up to bad design.
