No sprinkles as you can see and it’s sugar cookie they always seem to fail one way or another here last time I got a matcha was not properly mixed and I had big thick chunks of matcha and banana :( so saddddd
I needed a cup of hot water for my kid but the employee in this branch of starbucks avoid giving you a cup of hot water even I shopped sandwiches from them.

Just ordered a venti blonde drip with 5 raw sugars and cream. Now I’m 20 mins away and realize there is no sugar in my coffee. If it’s too much trouble to add it, just give it to me on the side. It’s not the first time this has happened.
I went to the drive-thru and ordered black coffee hot I went back to work which is about a mile away and when I get there I grabbed the cup out of the cup holder the lid popped off and burn both of my hands really bad I went back there and made them aware of it and all they did was make me a new cup of coffee .. I when back 2 days later and ordered coffee again at the drive-thru hot black and they gave me hot water with a little bit of I don't know what what was in it looked kind of like dirty water . Went back and spoke to the manager he just listened to what we had to say and that was that basically stated that you have the machine that day was putting out too hot of coffee and they fixed it the setting wasn't adjusted right and that was that I think the management is really slacking!!

I visited this Starbucks on my son’s birthday, hoping to celebrate with his birthday reward. I explained the situation to the store manager, Manny, but he showed no flexibility and treated me in an unnecessarily rude manner. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially on a day that should have been special for my child. Good customer service is not only about following policy but also about showing empathy and respect to customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

This Starbucks is pretty good, at least in the mornings! My wife and I had a romantic date, and our orders were perfect. Though it could make do with better parking space and the drive-thru line setup that somehow conflicts with the only way in and out, this Starbucks has been good so far; again, in the mornings it’s amazing.

I always order an iced latte at the Starbucks close to my job and it’s perfect! Here I’ve ordered 3 times and those 3 times it has tasted like milk with sugar!!!! ALSO…. employees are RUDE (well just the same guy and forgot to ask the name but it has been the same guy all the time) he has yelled at me because I ordered though my app and then go through the drive thru. Literally he told me “we received your order 6 mins ago you will have to wait!!!” Yelling at me and I was fine I don’t mind waiting but why being rude? You guys are slow and rude! No need to yell at your customers honestly!! The always go to by my work they’re fast, friendly and my drinks are always perfect. This is closer to my house but it’s a waste of money and time to go there and then you end up being mistreated! Please don’t go here people!

Easily the slowest Starbucks in San Diego. It would at least be worth it if your drink was good but when it’s trash it’s frustrating. Don’t bother asking for a remake because you get an attitude and they don’t even get it right with the remake. Beautiful location but not worth it to waste your time here.

This place has messed up my coffee not once but multiple times not just mine as well as my girlfriend coffee I never had an issue with any Starbucks but this one I come here every day and everyday it's a disappointment I ask to get it fixed and they still fail at it Id understand if it was a new employee but it's the same workers in addition they give us attitude the moment we walk in and we come everyday if they don't like their job or profession with customer service then they need to rethink their career last time showing up
