This starbucks is not it! The customer service is awful. It's close to my house so I walk over. I guess the bright side I never have to tip!

Sadly, this is the only Starbucks nearby with the drive-thru which sucks because this Starbucks is horrible. My drink taste like it had been sitting for a while. The drive-through line took at least 20 minutes and my drink is disgusting 😭

Hello, I visited a Starbucks location today, but unfortunately no one acknowledged me or took my order. There was 3 person. I waiting 10 minutes I felt quite embarrassed and had to leave. Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations last night. We visited the drive-thru and ordered two Venti Shaken Espresso Brown Sugar with lite ice. Unfortunately, my drink was filled to the brim with ice, leaving little room for the coffee.

I called the store and spoke with a representative who asked me to come in the next day and mention his name. However, when I visited the store and showed the cup picture to the cashier, he expressed skepticism and explicitly stated that he didn't believe me. Despite showing him a photo of the cup with the date, he insisted that I needed to provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

I explained that I hadn't received a receipt, but I did have the same card used for payment. The cashier still declined to assist me, suggesting that a bank statement showing the transaction might be acceptable, but ultimately, he couldn't help. His dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to resolve the issue were disappointing.

I ended up ordering the replacement drink and paid for it again, along with two additional drinks.

I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide feedback. I'd like to enjoy my drinks without issues in the future.

Went here at 9:01 PM on Sunday 12/22. Didn’t get a straw with my drive thru order. Not big deal, I’ll go in and grab one. Lobby is closed. No big deal, I’ll knock and ask for one. After knocking, standing outside, and making direct eye contract with the guys inside that just saw me in the drive thru, they very rudely told me they were closed. It took walking back to the drive thru window to make it happen.

Why, I just wanted my straw :(

If I could give zero stars I would for the supervisor working there. Being a former supervisor at Starbucks myself, I would never behave like this man did to a customer. My boyfriend and I went through drive thru today at 9pm and didn't get straws for a our fraps. So we parked and walked to the front door to ask for a straw. My boyfriend was left at the door and the supervisor just shrugged at him from the register. Completely ignoring him and only came to the door when he walked into the drive thru. He claimed "I was doing money stuff, so I couldn't help", but doing registers is not something that impedes an employee from getting a customer a straw. New training needs to be done. Management should be ashamed.

Couldn’t believe they denied to make my drink through the drive-thru due to the tea taking approximately 5 minutes to get steamed and they only have a limit of 5 minutes per order in the drive-thru. Only ordered for my wife and it was funny there was two cars in front of and we at least waited 10 minutes for our turn and my drink could have been made with no problem.

I placed my order at 7:20, picked it up at 7:35. When the app told me it was ready and two of my items were ready so I waited around 7:45. I asked where my other they said they had lost the ticket and were barely about to make it at that point I had to leave and they offered me a refund. If you want to pick up right before work this is not a reliable place to do that as they will not have it ready and can possibly lose track of your items that happened to two other people while I was there they offered to refund for mobile orders specifically that they lost track of them.

Went through the drive through, lady taking the order was very rude and disrespectful, the Frappuccinos were missing all shots of coffee, the shaken espresso was missing syrup, they didn't tell us ahead of time that they were out of trays, and my chai was missing cinnamon. Would not recommend this location to anyone, avoid if possible

echoing other reviews about unfriendly workers in this Starbucks at Birch and 125S. my order ahead wasn’t prepared timely and i had to ask for the duty Supervisor and She also has a bad attitude. Avoid this store… I say again: avoid this sore
