They constantly lock the doors way before closing time at like 8pm, so you're forced to use the drive thru. Goodluck if you're hungry and want a table to eat your food at.

On the internet and on the door, the service hours say that they close at 10 pm, but at 8 pm they closed. we arrived at 7:15. p.m. We didn't like that.

I'm not a coffee lover, but the Frappucino is my favorite. To me, it's more like a shake than a coffee. My 2 year old puppy loves to lick my coffee mug too! so it's kind of a family drink

The employees at this Starbucks are terrible about taking orders. Every time I order anything at the drive through, they get it wrong. "Not warmed" on a warmed item gets input as "warmed." "Light ice" becomes "extra ice." It's amazing that their mistakes are always the opposite of what you wanted. They never input "2 Splenda" as 1 or 3, but it usually becomes Stevia. I won't use the drive through ever again so I can check my order before leaving.

Stopped by today around 1:30 to be waiting in line for a while. I placed my order and when I was about to be next a girl barista knew the girl in the car in front of me so she began to talk with her about meeting after work for 15 minutes. She had already handed her drink so she was literally wasting time. I get to the door to pay so I hand my card to a male barista who tells me they’re only taking cash or Starbucks gift cards. Luckily I was caring cash (which I hardly do) with me. Not sure why they didn’t mention that before I placed my order. Bad customer service. Hope you guys can do better next time.

This starbucks is right by my house so it’s convenient but i’ve never had so many issues at a starbucks before. They’ve at least messed up 10+ times by adding dairy, whip, coffee when I asked for a crème. There was a time where they had to remake my drink 3+ times and still got it wrong. I’m very understanding considering i’ve worked in the food industry for a few years now, but this is disappointing and frustrating. Team members are nice and it’s a clean restaurant overall.

This As we are coming up on the holiday season, this is your annual reminder to be nice to hospitality employees, even when they get it wrong. Working countless hours, eating on your feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family, and wearing yourself thin are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the next couple of months. So, if they do get it wrong, and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup.. or they forget to swap your salad for chips, or, God forbid, you order no ice .. and your drink comes with ice, remember how hard they're working to try and make your experience special. PLEASE ADD THE SWEET CREAM TO MY SWEET CREAM NITRO COLD BREW!If you are expecting a delicious low calorie treat in the morning DO NOT come to this location. They consistently do not add the cream to their drinks even though I am buying a sweet cream cold brew.

The worst Starbucks location ever. Not only did they to forget to make one of my drinks, I had to follow up twice for them to actually make it. When they did make it, they made it incorrectly and I had to wait again. The manager Roxy did not even take responsibility for forgetting to make the drink or incorrectly making it.
