The worker was honestly so slow to take orders it took me 15 minutes for 3 people on front of me, they didn't fill my cup all the way and they didn't really mix the drink.

I’ve noticed that the manager at the Starbucks inside the Target in Chula Vista often appears to be in a bad mood and seems visibly frustrated while working. Her demeanor can come across as unapproachable, and at times, unprofessional. This can affect the overall customer experience and the atmosphere of the store.

All I have to say is Cynthia is probably the only reason I would go back to this Starbucks . She was on top of it all and doing it solo (very impressive. ) from taking orders and still making the drinks delicious. She was very friendly and what costumer service is about .

I went to Starbucks inside target today 11/30/23. I ordered a Venti Medicine bowl with 4 pumps of honey, a tall strawberry acai lemonade light ice & a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with almond milk and 2 pumps of gingerbread syrup. What i got was a Grande medicine bowl no honey,no lemonade. A water down strawberry acai no lemonade and a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch didn't replace the milk and no pumpms of gingerbread syrup and they may have made it with regular caramel.... Plus they are not answering the phone....

I ordered an expresso Frappuccino with an add shot & all I got was blended milk. Disgusting!!
I used my reward points for a free drink & they tried to charge me extra for the soy milk stating because it’s a milk substitute. I’ve been using Starbucks rewards in multiple states for 9 years & have NEVER been charged anything extra when I use my points for a free drink.Other than this issue, this location has been pretty good.
