I am sure the managers know as well as I do.The last year they have cut the amount of espresso and chochlate in their drinks.I have been in the deli ,cafe business since 1970.the products have been cut down as far as amount of chochlate and espresso.I have had 20 businesses for the san francisco bay area.oregpn and san diego.It is ahamed that instead of increasing prices,keeping the same amount of product to make drinks,they cut down on the amount and raise prices.Any good business person will tell you to not lower the amount of product,but to raise prices instead.People know wholesale prices have gone up drastically,so it should not shock then if you raise prices.Such a shame,Product is like water!

I am extremely disappointed with starbucks. If you are a person like me who is allergic to eggs, this place is not for you. I used to love ordering their turkey pesto ciabatta. It's been a while since I haven't stopped by a starbucks, I decided to stop by to buy this tasty sandwich for breakfast, and they do not have it available anymore. Most of their sandwiches available contain eggs, or they had one available, but it was with no meat and only veggies. I ended up ordering a ham a cheese croissant and a coffee, but I am not happy with it. Starbucks used to be better. Your options with your sandwiches are limited.

Wanted to use restroom to wash hands and then order something. Employee said that I couldn't use restroom not unless I buy something 1st. I needed to wash my hands 1st. I'm surprised starbucks is really making changes. 🤔

The employee taking orders kept forgetting what I had asked for. Both Frappuccinos I ordered were melted when I got them from the window.

I went into this establishment right around 5pm on 2024/10/27.

I made, and paid for my order within 3 minutes. (With cash) There was one pair of customers (already ordered) and one drive through order.

In 10 minutes, they made an order for the drive-through, but inside nobody had anything prepared.

When one of their three staff requested I order, then pay a second time. I opted for a refund. They didn't even allow me to get a refund on the tip.

It's events like that that allow me to make the easy decision not to visit any franchise with this name for significant lengths of time.

I followed up with the owners form link and contacted the website, I Initiated a chat contact, and after asking the same question a couple of different ways, and then escalating to a live agent, received a different contact number, Contacted that number and it was a primary IVR. I navigated that to an Agent who wanted my Starbucks membership account, and though very helpful only succeeded in sinking more of my time. I am not looking for a refund, nor willing to pursue further contact.

Thank you for the experience, after all, even bad experiences are experiences.
