This was one my favorite cafes but after renovation is impossible spend time there, the number of tables has been reduced, and the new tables are a joke it doesn't fit well a laptop, this is like intentional to avoid customers stay there. Usually I have bought 2 or three coffees now barely go there or I will search other options.

I come here often & the staff is the reason why this location is great. I'm greeted kindly & their hospitality is impeccable, often bringing my food if the place is not crowded with customers. Also, the music is not too loud. People can still have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice.

Look, Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you are getting. But what separates this location, are the people who work here. Everyone is great. But who really stands out is Victor. In a world where kindness seems to be disappearing, he may be the nicest person you may ever encounter. He is always happy, upbeat, polite and never misses a beat. He truly cares about his job and customers. Move him up the corporate ladder. He truly has earned it.

Horrible experience! I came into town to visit family and made this my designated Starbucks. Not only were the drinks horribly made by Fabu and Wally but the customer service by Fabu and Wally was very disappointing. No respect for customers and they both have a horrible attitude. Definitely not your normal Starbucks ! Avoid at all cost. Take the extra time to drive to any other Starbucks but here.

I ask for a breakfast croissant and they said they where out of ham and cheese!!! On top of that they said they do not make it. Omg, I have ordered this before on different locations and have never had this issue. Too early for me for this.

Barista Kelly very rude, no customer service at all , basic questions and it took 15 min to give me my drink . I understand when they are busy but they were not at the time , i go there everyday and when she is at the register I feel like not ordering my coffee in person. Horrible attitude.

The start of my day ended up horrible because of Kelly the “Barista”. Her attitude was so poor and rude, I thought she was auditioning for a role as a villain in a Quentin Tarantino movie. When I asked Kelly what the daily coffee sample was her response was “I DON’T KNOW I JUST CLOCKED IN!” I felt so embarrassed and sad, the song “Ohio Is For Lovers” by Hawthorne Heights, played in my head. Kelly, please do the loyal customers of Starbucks a favor and look for another job. You would be great as a telephone Bill Collector.
