I'm biased I'm a Starbucks fan I can't help it

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I placed my drink order and politely asked for a Trenta water, but the barista, Alma, responded with, “Ma’am, I was trying to read your drink,” in a very rude tone. She cut me off, didn’t let me finish my order, and her customer service was unprofessional.
This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this type of attitude at this location—another barista (I don’t know her name) was also rude during a previous visit. It’s frustrating because I come here expecting friendly service, not attitude.
I hope management addresses the customer service issues here, because experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome.

I really thought this was a good Starbucks until they tried to make me extremely sick today by serving me regular milk instead of oat milk and told me that it wasn’t really a big difference. It’s very sad thinking you could walk into a random Starbucks and get a half decent drink Especially after the long wait.

I have multiple locations that i frequently visit and this location is one of them. Today the young lady that took my order has no customer service at all. Not even a hello, not even a smile, didnt even turn to look at me. She handed me my drink and just turned around. It felt as if i were bothering her .
Hopefully i get good customer service in the future.

Post a SIGN that reads DRIVE THRU ONLY location!!!!!
Store is closed for sitting although they don’t state that online or at the doors. Phone doesn’t work either. Ignore you when you are waiting at the door to see if anyone can tell you why it’s closed. Why do you have indoors when it’s gonna be closed and the workers sitting inside? Might as well have just done a drive-thru.

Online it shows they are open at “ 5 am” went there at 5 and waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes. I tried going inside the door was locked. I callled and they claimed they don’t open until 5:30. The opening time should be updated on google if that’s the case.
I was in the drive-through and realized I left my credit card at a gas station so they let me have my drink for free which I didn’t expect. I came back about 15 minutes later to pay for it since I had my credit card and they actually gave me another snack for free.

Drive-through only Starbucks location. Business hours are noted but there is no sign of indoor service being closed. No communication whatsoever. We are here for the Starbucks cafe experience, great indoor service with cozy atmosphere. If you can’t provide that, rename this location to Starbucks Express Drive-through Only and adjust the price accordingly. Charging regular price for Drive-through only experience does not make sense from customer perspective.

This is the last day I come to this Starbucks. The older lady in the drive threw gets so mad every time we ask for a water bottle refill and this time they have us our hot chocolate with the lid on wrong and it spilled all over my daughter and myself and my car. They knew the lid wasn’t on right. It’s crazy how every Starbucks is different and how awful the service is.

Very upsetting not the fact of having to go to the drive thru, but the fact that the establishment doesn’t place a notice on it’s door of no more dine in service.
