Drive-through only Starbucks location. Business hours are noted but there is no sign of indoor service being closed. No communication whatsoever. We are here for the Starbucks cafe experience, great indoor service with cozy atmosphere. If you can’t provide that, rename this location to Starbucks Express Drive-through Only and adjust the price accordingly. Charging regular price for Drive-through only experience does not make sense from customer perspective.

This is the last day I come to this Starbucks. The older lady in the drive threw gets so mad every time we ask for a water bottle refill and this time they have us our hot chocolate with the lid on wrong and it spilled all over my daughter and myself and my car. They knew the lid wasn’t on right. It’s crazy how every Starbucks is different and how awful the service is.

Why is the reason that is only DRIVE-THRU?
Specially when you have a bunch of people walking next to this specific location since you have a bunch of stores where people are in and out? Its a genuine question.

Horrible customer service. Completely disrespectful. Staff didn't have the curtesy to treat me and another guest with decency. Staff (one male and two females) used their headsets to talk to each other about me and another guest instead of communicating directly with us about the indoor seating situation. They even called a (very nice and kind) security guard to come talk to me instead of them (staff) talking to me directly. For context purposes, I am a Hispanic female, I wore a sweat shirt, and pants, and I carried my laptop case. I didn't pose any threat to the staff, and I asked to speak management while knocking on the door.

This is my second time here and idk is because is unexperienced people but my coffee is not served or taste like other places My frappe was more like iced coffee the whip cream was just different it was just bad 2 experience

Went to Starbucks I was craving it early in the morning had to run some errands the door was closed there was a lady sitting at a table the door was closed I went to the drive through I asked what time they opened up they don’t open through that they discriminate to people who don’t have cars and don’t want our money told me to go to target that opens up in a hour for coffee f that won’t go back there again

Ordered two caramel macchiato’s. 1 grande upside down and 1 venti upside down with 2 added shots. 1 grilled cheese.
Only got the venti at drive through not upside down missing the grande. Politely reminded about the missing coffee and got attitude
