There is no drive thru

I am sure the managers know as well as I do.The last year they have cut the amount of espresso and chochlate in their drinks.I have been in the deli ,cafe business since 1970.the products have been cut down as far as amount of chochlate and espresso.I have had 20 businesses for the san francisco bay area.oregpn and san diego.It is ahamed that instead of increasing prices,keeping the same amount of product to make drinks,they cut down on the amount and raise prices.Any good business person will tell you to not lower the amount of product,but to raise prices instead.People know wholesale prices have gone up drastically,so it should not shock then if you raise prices.Such a shame,Product is like water!

I have nothing bad to say about the staff, they are all very lovely. However, the coffee always tastes super watered down, to the point where we're no longer going to that one even though it's super close to us. I imagine this is an issue with upper management not allowing certain amounts of products to be used.

Went and ordered a caffe latte and I didn’t tip, the barista notice didn’t called my name when the order was ready and made just a latte(hot milk). Didn’t notice until I was driving in my car and took a sip of it, so I paid almost 6 dlls for hot milk :/

07/16/25 6.35am....the 2 barista ladies completely ignored me for 5 minutes... they was definitely in a very bad mood both 😡... first and last time 😟....2.0 my rating.

I come to this Starbucks DAILY for the last 3years because I’m a manager at a store in the mall. This last month there is new staff and this experience didn’t happen to me but my mom. She bought 2 of the same drinks and one didn’t look like the drink it was supposed to be and she let the barista know; with an attitude she claimed it was which my mom asked if she could add more milk bc it didn’t look the same. She abruptly took it from her hand and then threw it on the counter and left. My mom went to the reg where she went to let her know she wanted a straw and the girl yelled at her to ask for it at the pickup counter which there was no one there cause she left. My mom let her know noone was there and once again she grabbed the straw and threw them on the counters. All staff has been so nice but these new hires have been making horrible drinks and its any request is an inconvenience. Whenever i ask for water or a bit more milk there is always an attitude. Management please do your job at getting the toxic people out before they harm your good reputation.
