hit up a different starbucks, i felt like a major inconvenience to the workers here wanting to give them business when i know my other locations locally have way better service and attitudes all around. pass on this one. 15 minute wait for a bagel, and coffee i regularly get nearly daily tastes nothing like what i order.

Not having been in this Starbucks before, it wasn't clear where I needed to place my order. And after placing my order, it took quite a while as the staff were very busy preparing orders that came in over the phone or internet? Such that I would have left if I had known the wait would have been long. Also I had to ask for additional sugars, not realizing that there were no longer sugars and creamers on a counter to use. Wasn't a great experience such that I would return.
