Starbucks

I normally dont leave reviews but hopefully someone reads my review and make changes here. From the start the lady taking our order was giving us an attitude, spent 15 min waiting for our drinks, it will be nice if they told u ahead so u know (we had our dog and our newborn with us, they are not patient at all) and what matters the most when we tried our drinks they were nasty, Idk how can someone make such a bad coffee to be honest, bad milk? Missing ingredients? Who knows but for 7 dlls a coffee u will think u will have better coffee than 7-11. And what matters. We didnt let the barista know our drinks were bad because my newborn was starting to get fussy and hungry. We couldn't afford waiting another 15min and dealing with bad costumer service, so we left.

I order my drink with oat milk. I do this because milk gives me diarrhea. Thank you staff at medical center and E.palomar for not following my order. This is the second time. I am now stuck in the bathroom at a very busy Costco while others hear my business. 😩🫢

First off, this location is not a drive thru as stated. Second, service was horrible. I waited in line to place an order for ten minutes. I placed my order, no problem so I thought. After over 20 minutes of waiting I got my order totally wrong. It was supposed to be iced. It was hot. I wanted 7 pumps of the pecan and only came with 2. Waited over 10 minutes for my correct order and still wasn't right. You would think that my drink would have been corrected immediately since I was next in line, wrong again. I was next after a large group that walked in. Was not going to spend my morning waiting for a coffee that probably wouldn't be correct. Will not be coming back and I suggest others think twice before coming if they have time to waste.

Love going to this starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and already know our orders from being regulars. 😄 (my sister & ai love going here) Even when they have someone training, they make sure to be swift, quick, and diligent with handling orders. Out of the many starbucks in the area, I guarantee that this is one of the best. Amazing customer service- I would give 100 stars if I could! Keep it awesome Starbucks medical center team!

Coffee was good but the barista helping me was more concerned in chatting with coworkers than properly making my drink. Talking is totally fine as long as it doesn't interfere with your work. When she gave me my coffee it was a complete mess with cold foam spilling out from the lid and down the side all over the counter. I ordered extra cold foam for nothing since most of it spilled out.

Only reason for 1 star was we went on Saturday night at 738 and doors were locked . As we purchased food from Taco shop next door, we noticed by 750 last of employees were walking out . Store hours on door said it closed at 8pm not 738.So stay away if your going the last 30 minutes before closing you might make the trip for nothing and find it closed like I did.

Came here on Sunday evening and it’ll close 6pm on Sunday. So it was pretty empty at that time. Rather than that it’s regular Starbucks.
