Only reason for 1 star was we went on Saturday night at 738 and doors were locked . As we purchased food from Taco shop next door, we noticed by 750 last of employees were walking out . Store hours on door said it closed at 8pm not 738.So stay away if your going the last 30 minutes before closing you might make the trip for nothing and find it closed like I did.

Came here on Sunday evening and it’ll close 6pm on Sunday. So it was pretty empty at that time. Rather than that it’s regular Starbucks.

I love to come here after my morning walks with my dog. They are super nice. My drink is always made to perfection. My Rocco loves his pup cup.

Did a couple of Mobile pick up orders. The first one didn't come with sweet creme and they responded by saying "you have to wait for it to rise up." Well, it didn't and it was straight black. The second mobile order I added sweet cream cold foam, they didn't fix it. So I proceeded with the Starbucks customer service. They said they don't think resolving the issue with a refund helped in the past so they're going to relay this info back to the Starbucks store. Don't be fooled, Starbucks just trying to take your money and blame their customers. No accountability on their part. All while they heavily increase the prices of their drinks and this barista service where they say they'll re make it with no additional cost is BS! They retaliate and get so upset that they did something wrong. Oh, how could they?! Too bad.

This is one of my two local Starbucks stores, one of which is north of where I live and actually at the bottom of a very steep incline whereas the other is a neighborhood away to the east along an utterly level and curveless stretch of street with wide sidewalks and crosswalks with coordinated traffic lights.This latter, in Chula Vista, California, on E. Palomar Street at Medical Center Drive / Brandywine Avenue is my destination this afternoon, a day after my late mother's birth anniversary and here this evening to do the New York Times Sunday Crossword Puzzle from the day before her birthday "with" her! She'd have turned 107 yesterday. Much love always, dear Annabel!

I revisited this spot and ordered the same drink as last time plus a Turkey Pesto Panini. I love these fall season themed drinks. You should definitely give it a taste! The panini was really good after it was warmed up as well. The only issue today was that I experienced an annoyed cashier. I didn't mean to annoy her but I had a gift card to use and didn't know there was some glue left on it. She started peeling it and would mumble "oh my god" and shook her head a couple times and expressed how annoyed she was. I felt really bad and if I had checked or known beforehand I would have definitely removed the glue! If she also asked me to remove the glue I would have gladly done it too so I just felt really bad.
Horrible service! This used to be my favorite starbucks many years ago when they opened. Today, I asked for just a caffe americano tall size, they gave me half of the cup empty, when I asked if they could pour more coffee, the lady said I had to buy another expesso shot, really?? for a simple caffe americano? wow! On top of that, the place is very dirty and unfriendly. No more starbucks for me!

Another Starbucks that is full of complete disappiontment. So I order the same thing most of the time. I like the Vanilla cold cream cold brew. It's easy to make. Clearly not here. The first time it was too sweet. And I even asked for it with only 1 pump of syrup. So I asked the Barista can you remake it and go a little lighter on the cream she grabs the cup and pours everything out aggressively and remakes it giving it to me practically like just a black coffee. It tasted awful. I then proceed to ask her can I just get a small side of the cream on the side she goes what?! Like what is your problem. And two people were just standing around behind the counter. Not doing nothing. The guy that was working here is was working the hardest. Sorry but This starbucks is trash.
