Great employe, but she needed some help. She was working as fast as she could and made some good looking sandwiches.
Unfortunately, our two loaves of French bread were tough and hard to eat. I was so hungry that my inner wolverine ate that bread anyway.
Not really calling me back after dropping $23.00 for two sandwiches. After reading several comments online, this store seems to have a problem with freshness.
If you need return customers, then you should read and fix all of the problems that we list and PAY for!!!

Rudest girl of all time ! Put 2 small onion slices , asked for more & she shook her head no ! Any other sub shop will put whatever you want ! This is why we go to jersey Mike's.But if your looking for a bread sub this is your place ! It reminded why I have not been to a sub way in over 10 yrs ! If I could give a ZERO I would . Hell of a way to run a biz! Keep measuring as you loose customers! Great bus model on how to piss a customer off and lose a customer....

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway (by telegraph cyn). I was overcharged by the employee at the counter, and when I asked about the pricing, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they either didn’t know the correct prices or didn’t care to explain the charge properly. I’ve been a regular customer, but this lack of transparency and poor customer service really makes me reconsider coming back. I hope management addresses this issue and trains the staff better on proper pricing and customer communication.

The girl with the glasses wasn’t too friendly and i had a pick up order and it said it would be ready at 8 and she didn’t even make it or apologize for it not being ready she just had a bad excuse and i definitely don’t appreciate her vibe or customer service.

Another disappointing experience at subway. Don’t even bother ordering your sandwich through the app. I ordered the sandwich 15+ minutes before arrival, only to get here and have them telling me they didn’t even start or know about it. I ordered it online to save time. Mind you there was only one customer in the store and there were two workers, so it’s not like they were packed. Really hope they get their online ordering together.

Why is there always ONE person working here?! We had to wait over 20 minutes to order and then when we were finally up we had to wait for the ONE person working to make an online order. Insane!!

Every time I come in there’s always only one person on the line. Best service comes from Derek!! Been served by him a couple times with impatient people and lines almost out the door. Make sure to bring cash because that’s the only way you can tip them.

Please give Derrick a raise, having to be the only one on shift and running around with at least 7 customers, I was one of the. Yesterday. He went above and beyond and was still dealing with impatient customers, but I understand, he did an awesome job. People were leaving, so your losing more money by having one person on shifts. Your in a shopping center, so customers are always looking for a snack.
