my granddaughters were hungry and they wanted broccoli cheddar soup I called for subways and this is the only subway that still in the evening had broccoli cheddar soup thank you so muchParking: parking lot usually has good parking available. There are other places to eat and a seafood city so there’s a pretty decent parking lot.Kid-friendliness: there were people eating aside with their son, daughter children even had their dogsWheelchair accessibility: my husband is wheelchair bound. Yes you are able to go in and out with the wheelchair.

absolutely worse customer service i have experienced. i don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was not okay. to the lady working today 02/24 around noon. You need to treat customers with respect. If you don’t like your job find a new one but the way you treated us what unacceptable.

It's subway. The loud noise makes it hard for them to hear you order. I am not sure if it's the air-conditioner or the oven that makes it so loud for them. Had to repeat order several times to them. I go here every week.

Christ, whoever manages this place needs to get their crap together. One new hiree on a sunday evening? I want one sandwich, it takes 40 minutes! Just to ORDER! I go here because it's the closest subway, but it'd be better off with managers who know how to damn schedule.

I wish there was a 0 stars,i ordered on line and showed up and attendant tells me that they didnt get my order,i showed her the order on my phone and she tells me she has to get aproval from her manager?? Really? So she goes to the back comes back like 10 minutes after and says that her manager didnt answer,im like you could have prepared my food all this time!! At the end she says there is nothing she can do! Clowns!!

Came in @ 7:45 (they close at 9) walked all the way to the back to order my sub and the lady said "we're not taking orders right now." Okay???? So why are you open?? And why r u here, if no one can order food??? Put your closed sign up or something. Jersey Mike's would NEVER.

I work the grave yard shift and don't eat until 11 pm. I open my foot long sub, and it's not the correct protein. She substituted the turkey for ham. I do have high blood pressure due to high levels of sodium. It's not like I can go back to the restaurant at midnight since it's closed. So I am left to eat a 1/4 of the sandwich to hold me til I am off at 4am. Not just 1 sub but on both. Do we have to un wrapp our subs to check if our orders are correct to see if they can tell ham from turkey? It is supposed to be convenient to order online and to be assured your order is done right. Giving them time to prep, but if they can't tell ham from turkey. I don't know what to say. Please train these employees better. I am a regular, but not anymore. I tried to give Subway a second chance, but no more. I will make sure I put this on my Yelp review. Goodbye.

Just go to a different subway. Didnt even get a simple "sorry" when they told me i had to wait 15 minutes for the wrap toaster to heat up.

I came in tonight and there was a young gentleman working named Daniel, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever gotten at subway! He was kind and patient and polite to all the customers that came in. What a great employee! Had to leave a review so his management could see what a great job he's doing!

The food was great but the customer service was just rude and unwelcoming there. NO greeting when the customers walk in like at the other Subway's. No "I 'll be right with you", no nothing. There is a young Asian lady that is very short with the customers. "bread? toasted? Her whole body language and the way she speaks, or therefore lack of is not customer friendly at all! She looks miserable like she don't want to be there and it is coming off on the customer. She is not suitable to work with the public with that attitude. Not even a response to my thank you. If she don't want to be there then maybe Subway should accommodate that and get someone in there who is customer friendly other wise it just makes you all look bad. NOT a positive image for Subway at all.
