Alexa helped me with my order today. She was AMAZING!!! She made me the most delicious subway and toasted it without a problem when I had forgotten to put that in the self order machine. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Echoing the sentiment here. If subway wants to have a kiosk ok but it should not be the only way people can order. Completely contradicts the point of subway and being able to watch your sandwich being made your way. I will no longer visit subway and will stick to jersey mikes.

Hi, I came in around 730pm today and asked for a water cup after buying a sandwich. I think you guys are out of water cups and he told me he didnt have any and I told him isnt it the law to provide free water? I was totally misinformed about this and I feel bad that I was a little frustrated at your employee. The guy that was working was very kind! This was sincerely my bad. I hope you do get water cups though.

Save yourself from visiting this store. Apparently Ivonne, the store manager said portion sizes have changed and give the minimum amount of ingredients. Also if you order online she said you need to call your bank and the corporate number for a refund. I’m glad customers are complaining because it’s BS. They suck at preparing online orders which makes sense why they installed the kiosk since they don’t like confrontation when handling refunds. Ive seen this place close an hour early than what their hours of operation is labeled.

The new self order system on the tablet is extremely inconvenient for those who are on their work lunch break. The amount of time that it takes to order your food, then wait is absurd. Subway has los a customer.

I do not like the kiosk… my order was wrong and I could not eat it. I thought that this new system would make it easier to order.

Both of our foot long turkey sandwich orders were wrong. It was not toasted, it did not have extra turkey, it had some weird white sauce on it, it had spinach, no pepper jack cheese.

One or two mistakes, but not a different sandwich??? Once you get home and situated, you don’t want to have to drive back to the store and try another surprise sandwich when I get home.

The old way, we talked while my sandwich was being made, I could see it, I knew what was going on it!! Not happy spending $30.00 on lunch and then not getting it!!

I always order my footlong double cheese dipper with American and provolone cheese instead of cheddar cheese. Now the lady is saying we can't customize it. But other subway menu they have you can customize with whatever you want on it. It's ridiculous just for the 4 pc of cheese they won't allow you substituting with other kind of cheese.

I went in the evening maybe around 5 ish I don't know what time change I can't remember what time it gets dark... Anyway it wasn't busy at all there was no one inside there was one employee working. He greeted me as I walked in and quickly finished up whatever he was cleaning. He took my order, made my sandwich and cashed me out. The store is extremely clean, and the employee was nice. I will definitely go to this Subway again and I would recommend it to anyone in the area that asked.
