We have been living in eastlake since 2017 and have never gone to this subway. I did not realize they stopped making the pizza and my daughter wanted that so we asked if they still can make it. The employee said he could. I wish he just told us they no longer make it. This employee was unsanitary. He would pull up his pants with gloves on and continue to prepare food. He placed food on a counter where the sauce was spilling. He gets a box and pays no attention to the mess being created The vegetables in this location are frozen and look rotten. I have been to other subways and this was not the experience I expected. This employee had no care for cleanliness. And to charge $10 for flatbread and cheese? I think the health department should come and check on this shop and the cleanliness of the workers there. I emailed their customer service to express my concerns and they basically had no care about I said. I wish I took pictures but my husband threw the item away right when we got out the door

Worst subway ordered 1 foot get second free didn’t know you had to order to 2 to get one free I thought you order one and they give you 1 more of the same one so I asked if I can get the second one right now she said no. My mom got mad at me for not getting 2. I ate the food and it was cold this subway sucks go to an actual subway not one in a walmart. This subway pissed me and my mom and also can’t believe she couldn’t give me the second one

I don't have anything negative to say about this place because every time I crave for a tuna sandwich, they deliver. The service is always good and fast, and the ambiance is ok and clean most of the time I'm there, and it's inside Walmart which makes it convenient too. The amount of ingredients they use for my sandwich is always ok and the right amount and if I feel like I want more or less all I have to do is say so and they will make adjustments.

My elders taught me as a youth that if you lose something, say a little prayer to St Anthony and he will deliver. I was devastated this evening, realizing that I had lost my favorite glasses. I returned to Walmart and retraced my steps from earlier this afternoon to no avail. Just as I was ready to call it a loss and go home, I recalled that I went to Subway for a sandwich. When I asked the gentleman if they might have my glasses, my heart was overwhelmed with joy when he showed them to me. And so, I would like to thank the staff not only for a great sandwich ( I had the Turkey Cali Club) with exceptional, pleasant service - but also for putting my glasses aside. Honesty is something not often found these days, and this team demonstrated it graciously. Thank you truly.

Since it is the only Panera's close to my place I have no choice but to come here. As usual customer service is poor. I went through drive thru and mentioned the coffee membership and offered my number but the baristas was rude to mention she will take it at window but completely ignored me prior. Plus your drive thru positioning is awful for small cars as I manage to run into the damn curb all the time since it turns. Everytime I am here service is poor . Train your staff better
