I've been a regular customer at this Subway, and the employees are always great. However, there's a recurring issue with a group of kids who are constantly harassing customers and causing a disturbance. It happens daily between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. This behavior is creating a very uncomfortable and disruptive environment. I hope the staff can take action to address this issue and ensure the safety and comfort of their customers.

Go to another subway or food spot. The veggies looked like they had freezer burn and/or mold. The bread was stale. And the place was not clean. I wouldn’t come back even in an emergency.

Lazy and rude workers, attitude all kinds of sideways.
Probably one of the poorest run Subways. They are always out of things. I have tried to order multiple things at various times and they are always out of something. Today, out of straws and soda machine out of everything except coke and dr pepper. Also compare this nacho to the photos advertised and looks a little shy of chips overflowing from box. I would recommend take the 5 minutes to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns
Mark and Andre are very helpful, gave exceptional customer service

I ordered online at 6:30pm and was told my order would be ready at 6:50. I got there just before 7pm. There was sign on the door saying "Bathroom! Back soon!" I waited outside for over 10 minutes in the rain and then walked back to my store in the same shopping center. I want a refund. I am looking across the parking lot and the sign is still there. It's 7:20pm. I called and it just says that the mailbox of the person I am calling is full. I could see my sub sitting on the rack but can't get to it. This is my worst Subway experience without a doubt. I paid nearly $10 and no food has been given.I went to send this to Subway but don't have a store number. They say it's on the receipt but because my money was taken and no food was given, I have no receipt.Edited: I was able to get my food at 7:25 when it reopened. It's possible he was having a personal issue and he was the only one in the store. I just put me in a real bind because I had my own store the manage and only a short break.
Zander is absolutely amazing. I do however have issues with his management, how are you going to have this poor man all by himself while it's busy? Shame on you. You are lucky that he keeps super calm under pressure. Either give this man a raise or oh I don't staff your establishment adequately. You as managers should be ashamed of yourselves. Just because he can do it doesn't mean he should have to.
Sometimes a meatball sub sounds delicious, was:)

Bread was not fresh and employees not so friendly. I did not enjoy my tuna sandwich as much as I usually do. Avoid and go to a different subway.
the food area is dirty, the food is old and stale, they don't clean the knife where they cut the avocado, the employees have a terrible attitude and are slow to serve you, I went 3 times to see if it was different staff and if they cleaned the food area, but it wasn't like that I kept dirty, what a great disappointment, it's disgusting.
