SERVICE WAS SO DISGUSTING! I ordered a sub 6 inch and didn't put veggies, until I stopped her and told her to add lettuce then she wrapped it up and just charged me and gave my receipt and helped the next customer, mind you there was only 2 people behind me! Rushing me like she did not care what I ordered! So I don't plan on coming back there anymore!

Service was absolutely horrible, Mexican lady working was so rude and horrible at her job. Based on other reviews I see that she gets bagged on a lot for her service. Subway do yourself a favor and replace her. I want to put a 0 star review but you can't. Food tasted good but beyond horrible service. Trust me do not go to this location unless you like being pissed off

I ordered online at 6:30pm and was told my order would be ready at 6:50. I got there just before 7pm. There was sign on the door saying "Bathroom! Back soon!" I waited outside for over 10 minutes in the rain and then walked back to my store in the same shopping center. I want a refund. I am looking across the parking lot and the sign is still there. It's 7:20pm. I called and it just says that the mailbox of the person I am calling is full. I could see my sub sitting on the rack but can't get to it. This is my worst Subway experience without a doubt. I paid nearly $10 and no food has been given.I went to send this to Subway but don't have a store number. They say it's on the receipt but because my money was taken and no food was given, I have no receipt.Edited: I was able to get my food at 7:25 when it reopened. It's possible he was having a personal issue and he was the only one in the store. I just put me in a real bind because I had my own store the manage and only a short break.

It's 1:39pm. March 16,2023. Thursday. 2 Hispanic ladies were working. One was older whom serviced me.She had a bad attitude and you can tell she hated her job and was having a bad day.She slapped on the ingredients on my Sandwhich.She had attitude, & by her tone of voice, I can tell she was angry about something. I don't take it personal because I know it's not me and will not let it affect my day and outlook on life :)*But, I do have to Stand up for myself. And, let the Manager know I didn't like her energy at all and interacting with her.And, that it is unfortunate because this area is a really , really nice area.I left a bad review, due to a bad experience....in Hopes that there will be Improvement...I also want to let her know that Jesus Loves her.But, I also have to be Honest, that, that kind of Attitude/spirit is Not welcomed. And, it's Not Okay to Be like that or Spread Bad Vibes.***** Edit****I read some of the Reviews and it appears that others have Experienced the same.I'm Glad I said Something, but it's Unfortunate to see no Changes have been made...

Zander is absolutely amazing. I do however have issues with his management, how are you going to have this poor man all by himself while it's busy? Shame on you. You are lucky that he keeps super calm under pressure. Either give this man a raise or oh I don't staff your establishment adequately. You as managers should be ashamed of yourselves. Just because he can do it doesn't mean he should have to.
Bread was not fresh and employees not so friendly. I did not enjoy my tuna sandwich as much as I usually do. Avoid and go to a different subway.

Employees are absolutely horrible.Unfortunately come here more than I'd like to because it's the only thing to eat in the parking lot before I hit the freeway ,as I have a job in the area but man I dread it everytime . 1st don't even dare try to use the restroom before you buy something because they will practically scream at you . 2nd came in today and was forced to pay after selecting my bread like ok??? Not a big deal just goes to show the type of people they are . 3rd both ladies absolutely hate there job and clearly take it out on customers ,been here over 10 times and everytime the employees are flat out a holes and I am not exaggerating . Sandwiches themselves are alright ,not bad but not great ,honestly the customers service ruins it and I won't ever be coming back ,just not worth it ,would rather drive 5 mins to grab something else then deal with these ladies . Last time I came in they were yelling at teenagers for using the restroom when they were clearly purchasing food aswell . Overall just horrible .

Rude Mexican girl with her iwatch gave me and my son raw bacon and a attitude the entire time. I didn't even want to make a scene in front of my son because she was already in a bad mood and made my son uncomfortable. So much that I didn't even mention it to my son and he told me she was mad when we got into the car. She was more focus on her iwatch alerts then cooking my sandwich the right way. This is already the second time I receive this treatment. Also it is unsanitary that she's making sandwiches with accessories on her hands. Never will I go here again

the food area is dirty, the food is old and stale, they don't clean the knife where they cut the avocado, the employees have a terrible attitude and are slow to serve you, I went 3 times to see if it was different staff and if they cleaned the food area, but it wasn't like that I kept dirty, what a great disappointment, it's disgusting.

If I Could give it a zero stars I would! I walked in and all tables/floors were dirty. I placed my order but quickly noticed that some of the vegetables/cheese and meat were soggy and looked old! The soda machine was down and they only had lemonade and about 4 options of Drinks from the fridge. Do not I repeat go this subway! You might get food poisoning. You can also tell they never cleaned it last night. The place were they had food was dusty
