This was an all-time low for a Subway visit. When I ordered a Philly, he said they were out of steak. After a few seconds, he said that he did have one he just made for another guy that couldn't pay. He said it was still hot if I wanted it. I said okay and took it. Then I was gonna take 2 cookies, but half of the flavors were out, including my favorite. So, I went for chips. After we ordered, he said "oh, are we out of cups?" They were all empty. He did let us go ahead and take a bottle instead.

When we opened our sandwiches, they were insanely small! The toppings were also super sparse. My bread ended up tasting far tougher than a just made sandwich, but I just went with it.

The guys working was nice, but what a disaster of inventory and poor quality/quantity. In other words, just a ghetto Subway. Avoid this place.

literally out of almost all meats and veggies like bro that’s the whole point of a subway. not the employees fault, just whoever stocks up their supplies (i.e. management) bruh i just want my chicken breast i worked 14 hours today.

Me and my wife came to this place to order two sandwiches and at the end the guy told her that she couldn't pay with her bank card because it wouldn't tap. Plus he was the only one working and very busy. In addition, we had to go somewhere to eat lunch and spend more money.

I don’t know what happened to this location or I’m not sure if this is the New Way, Subway operates butI’ve been in the area for as long as I remember always came to this location and I remember sandwiches we’re always good the bread today I ordered it was toasted and then came to a point where it just got like a rock the meat. I only had two slices on my 6 inch sandwich. Veggies were like very minimal even though I asked for everything but also veggies were like frozen. The bread is also smaller in width, believe me I get it. Economy is very bad right now but come on if you buy a sandwich do you want a good sandwich oh and now you can’t even see what you’re getting meat are covered so I don’t think I’ll come here again.

I asked for the artisan bread, but got some hard white bread. It fell apart and just crumble apart. It was hard to eat because it was so tough.

Employee had headphones on talking on the phone while taking my order. Had to repeat my self multiple times. They were out of most of the veggies I wanted on my sandwiches. It took over 10 mins just to make two sandwiches. The best part was when I got home and found a used glove wrapped along with my sandwich.This place is awful, shut it down.

Hard not to feel ofended!!Ordered a pick up order, as a guest for the 1st time.Got a call on route to collect but bad reception. On arrival, I was informed they did not have any wraps or cookies. Wasn’t in the mood for a sub so chose to cancel the order.Then had to wait in queue to request the refund to be told to do it through the app, after. After explaining I do not have the app and I need the store to void the transaction as they did not have any item of my order, he told me he could not as did not have a code, permitting him to void the transaction.After telling him to bring the manager he retuned with her on speaker phone and the code to void.She stated did he not have want the wrap either!! I would have but I was told you had no wraps, I asked the sandwich maker if he did or didn’t have wraps, he told me she knows we don’t have any.I think the line of customers were annoyed with me for the hold up until this revelation.So not only did he not want to serve me, he didn’t want to give my money back without a fight. Would give me a receipt showing void so I had to take a photo on the counter.
