To be honest, I've been coming to this place for about two months now, and it's always the same story: the bathrooms don't work. I think it's more laziness not to clean them than letting people use them.

I want to have a pepperoni sandwich only (without salami). I need to toasted sub done well to taste it better. They force me to use the kiosk which is limited orders availability. I need to in-person orders, but they refused. I will not come back again, so I will go to another Subway.

I used every single kiosk and ordered online and it's still told me no and the worker didn't care the fact all of his kiosk weren't taking orders even my order online that I put in didn't go through even when I opted to pay at the counter it didn't go through and he just smirked like a smart ass and said oh well. As if it was intentional.....So much for your graveyard employee.

Every time I come in I always pick to get my sandwich toasted but they never do it!!! And they are always AND I MEAN ALWAYS are on their phones taking forever to make sandwiches. The kiosk only one works properly and when the workers are told they say “oh well deal with it or use another one”. They also refuse to let customers use the. Bathroom due to “we don’t want to clean it” it’s just ridiculous and gross. GET THIS SUBWAY TOGETHER!!

Good menu food...terrible service and always wait for an hour for my sandwich to be ready because the owner is to cheap to hire more than 2 workers. The picture is had more than 14 ppl waiting with no food plus +3 me and my wife and baby so total of 17

Whoever hired hanssel did an amazing job went above an beyond I didn’t know how to use the kiosk and he helped me out a lot

My boy hanssel made a sandwich which was not only to my liking, but the atmosphere he produced was welcoming even when I had a large order for a group he did it without any malice or annoyance twoards me like other restaurants have I really appreciate it and will be coming back especially since I made a new friend

Service has gotten worse. I reordered a sandwich from my app history and they gave me bread with chicken. That was it! No veggies, seasonings or sauces, just chicken! The new ordering process there is terrible, so they do not half to interact with customers at all! I sent a complaint through there app and they contacted me with a bullshit email with the words positive resolution in it. Though there was none! So they honestly do not care if they rip you off. Never ordering from these people again. If you want a sub, go anywhere else but here.
