Bad customer service always with an eployee with bad attitude. Always scanner issue where you can't use coupons. Waste of time domt come here after hours go to your nearest subway. Scat service definitely emailing a complaint to corporate of this specific store. Always the same experience
Machines are horrible, manager even worse, and can’t get more than 6 dang olives on my subway I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under this horrible management now I can’t even get a good subway near my house. Won’t be giving my money to this establishment anymore but every other subway is better.

Heavier set guy that works the overnight shift is lacking in customer service...
I don't like to blame people but 1 time is passable, 2 times maybe bad day... but 4 times, it's the employee.
I hope they re-arrange their staff.
Also the ordering machines are a bit much.
Sadly I will not be providing this establishment any business until it is fixed.
By the looks of the recent bad reviews, this is an on-going issue.

The worst subway i have ever gone to. My food was poorly made. The bread was dry and burnt. I asked the girl to put more pepperchinis because i noticed she hardly put any and she said she put 6 and she was only allowed to put that amount. Their attitude was rude and I will never be returning to this or any other subway again. We had ordered a combo and was missing my chips but we had actually selected 2 cookies so the girl approached our table while we were eating to get us to pay for the chips, it's not that serious we weren't going anywhere... total hostility and harassment.

the manager or whoever owns this place wants to get richer without moving any hand,the meal looks like they count every ingredient and theyre understaff,1 employee was by himself and told me if I could wait I decided to wait but I was very hungry after 2 days without any food,im usually very flexible but people always try to take advantage,I had this same situation at another location where there was no one on the counter and waited for 10 mins to get attended,also why they advertised the oreo cookie and never had it in stock no matter what time I would go,all locations never had it and thats a bummer because it could it tasted better than the shitty footlong cokie garbage that they sell.

I asked for extra mustard in my Sandwich but unfortunately it had more mustard than tuna . I could not even eat it . I don’t know if employee’s are trained to pour the whole bottle of a dressing or sauce when people ask for a little extra dressing but it was just awful . They ruined my dinner.

Katy and the lady with glasses treated me very poorly. They must treat every client the same way. I am in the US military and I am disappointed that there are ignorant people who have no respect for someone who puts their life at risk for the good of others. I hope you read this review and never treat a customer, especially a soldier, this way again. Thank God Trump was elected again as the
president of the United States.

The staff here needs help, I am beyond disappointed! It took literally 35 minutes for me to get just my sandwich. The gentleman who helped me had 2 customers before helping me. This is really disappointing I wasted my lunch break waiting to eat and I couldn’t even enjoy that. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IN AND HELP THIS KID! Just called about 3 times to order and no one answers the phone.
I ordered online through the app and selected a 6 inch sandwich and made it a meal. On the drink option I selected a 20 oz coca cola bottle drink, when I went to the restaurant to pick up my sandwich I saw there was a fountain drink cup in my bag. I mentioned to the associate Nancy that I had ordered the bottle drink, and she checked my receipt. Magaly the manager came out from the back of the store and said that I ordered the fountain drink . I explained that I did not order the fountain drink again and the manager Magaly pointed out that she had an issue with me previously when I ordered online and in front of other customers she said that I put in a complaint against her and her manager talked to her about the order and said that Magaly was right and I was wrong. I told her that I wanted the bottle and that I wouldn't mind paying the difference for the bottle if she could refund me and order it up again , however she said that she couldn't do the refund in store. I went to the app and could not cancel the order because my only options were contacting the store directly. After I told her that she took my receipt and voided the transaction and went to the back again. I spoke to nancy and apologized about the confusion and asked her to ring me up for the correct soda. I asked her the price for a small fountain drink and she said it was $2.89, versus the bottled drink is 2.99, and I said that the price was different so how could I have ordered the fountain drink. She printed out a separate receipt , I'm assuming the ticket that says what is on the order, in the drink section it had 2 bottles. Nancy was very sweet and ended up helping me in the end. I would like to be contacted in regard to this experience and again have Magaly trained on the orders
And her professionalism when telling a customer they are wrong. My receipt clearly has a different price for the bottle versus the small fountain drink. I think that she just has an issue with me personally for lodging a complaint against her previously.

Subway Review
I recently had a really bad experience at Subway. I ordered a steak sandwich, and it was just awful. The bread was stale, the steak tasted off, and the cheese and onions weren’t fresh at all. It felt like no effort was put into making this sandwich, and honestly, it was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on this experience.
Bad service basically from the girl named Diana, poorly educated, despotic with her co-worker and with the clients.
He never supported his partner who was training and left her alone to attend to a long line of people who were there.
When we told her why she didn't help her partner, her response was that she can do it alone and obviously that wasn't the case.
It's unfortunate that they have an employee like that girl Diana.
