The morning girls are too rude my mom went and didn't know how to order on the screen and asked for help and they didn't want to help her and between me placing my order and they were very rude two other ladies left because you didn't know how to use the screens they didn't want to charge them at the checkout either. How is it possible that they don't charge at the checkout if you don't have a card? This happened yesterday

They have the rudest manager she’s new. She’s rude. No customer service at all. This place is just going down downhill. It’s awful. I used to enjoy eating there. It’s just the worst place to skip the subway don’t eat here.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to another location. It’s dirty, short staffed. Ordered my food an hour and a half in advance and still ended up waiting 30 min when I got there due to not one person making everyone’s orders. Unorganized, filthy… I’ll never go back. Food ended being horrible also. Flatbread was hard.

6/3/2025 @ 1:55PM. Tried calling but apparently the place stopped having a working phone ages ago according to the employees. Even though I called and the phone sounded occupied. At first I assumed they were busy since it’s near lunch but they only had one customer and two employees. I called again and it did ring… wow way to try to gaslight me.

It is the poorest sandwich I have ever eaten and the lady almost counted me the pieces of chicken, 2 tomato sauces, 3 jalapeno peppers and very bad.
