If you like vintage charm, this is pretty close. The restaurant has an absolute mom and pop feel. The food was really good. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. We'll be going back for sure.

Servers have attitude, food is disgusting (can’t even season eggs nonetheless make them tender) hard eggs and gravy is a classic powder and water mixture. HORRID. Did not tip and don’t recommend coming. Should have guessed from the look of the place lol

Okay, I have already done a review of Rise and Dine, and I can not say anything I haven't said already. Great comfort food, plenty of room, and great prices and service. What are you waiting for? Go eat and relax.

Mediocre at best. Friendly staff and that's the only positive thing I can say. The service was extremely slow and we were the only ones there. I asked for an extra crispy waffle and got a soggy one. Food was bland. Absolutely no flavor to anything. When you walk in, it smells like Chinese food but they serve a mixture or Greek, American and Mexican. The layout of the place looks like they couldn't make up their mind. There was absolute chaos in the kitchen that echoed throughout the restaurant and OMG the incessant doorbell ringing coming from the back? The kitchen? Hell? Would never recommend, will not go back. Good luck.
I have been to this restaurant several times. I went today after church and it took him twenty five minutes for me to get my food. My son and I went there to have lunch. I was the only african american in the restaurant and I got my food last. My son got his food five minutes before I did. I spoke to the lady in charge. She told me that my waitress should have worn me that it'll take twenty minutes for me to get my food. So i'm never gonna be spending my money there again.

I eat here several times a week. Everone has a smile and you are greeted like family. My decaf arrives almost before I sit down. The menu has a lot of choices so I have to think about it sometimes! Try Rise and Dine, I believe you will enjoy the experience. ☕️
Parking: Front and side streets are metered, but only cost $.25 for 30 minutes and meters take credit cards

First of all the server was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast and the meat literally tasted like old meat that had been reheated. My granddaughter had a French dip and GPC the green sheen on the meat and it was dry around the edges. Never again.
