Horrible location staff is slow and incompetent and apparently doesn't bother to pay attention to mobile orders, I sat there for 20 minutes watching them give out everyone who continued to come in after me their food while I just got ignored, after finally speaking up for the 3rd time, someone finally decided to make my order, this is by far the worst taco bell location I've ever been too in my life and I've been too locations in other countries so that says a lot. I will never eat at this location ever again.

Came here today to eat. Was told that they do not take orders anymore at the counter I must use the kiosk. The employees have become so lazy that as a customer we must embrace no customer service so the employer can save money. Taco Bell has lost a customer. Bye Bye

Each time I'm here. Food is solid but it takes forever to get your food.
No one seems to know where my order went, and no one is stepping up to figure out where it is. I keep being told they're working on it, but everyone who ordered after I did is getting their food. I ordered a friggin' meal straight off the line...nothing special here.
In addition, they only want you to buy through the kiosks.
And after waiting for 20 minutes, the counter person had the nerve to question why I wanted extra hot sauce.
Where is the manager?
