First off , the lady at the check out window could barely speak English, she couldn’t understand me asking if they had military discount. She took my id and was so confused on how to process it as payment…. They didn’t give me straw for drinks. Their Dr Pepper had no syrup so just carbonation and they didn’t give me my 2 cinnamon twists that I paid for.

The customer service rep taking my order told me they (Taco Bell) didn't have any soft tortillas they had "ran out" when I tried ordering cheesey rolls ups then I proceeded to ask about theyre burritos and that's when he said they didn't have any soft tortillas of any size available ??? I had to double check where I was at wasn't I as TACO BELL?? .... Long story short I ordered nacho fries then went to JIB next door.....

Food was prepared quickly and tables were clean. The only sad part was there were no napkins provided or in the napkin dispenser.
I ordered the Cantina Chicken meal. The amount of meat was laughable. I brought the 1 up to the counter and the guy said the new guy did it. I asked if the new guy could be trained on making things proper?
If I had gone through the drive through and went home I'd have been not happy...
Do better when you are charging $10 for 2 tacos, salsa, chips/cheese, and drink.
I had 1 of these tacos before and it had 2x as much meat as both of these. Is that why there was a promotion to get people to like it and then cut the quantity back??
