Wow, sat at the bar for 15 minutes and was not attended to. No eye contact, or even a "I'll be with you in a minute", lol. It was hot and muggy, and just a few people. I guess I should have taken the hints.

We came here to try their mini tacos. We got waters to drink. We decided to try the sampler which included taquitos, chimichangas, and rolled up shredded meat. The inside was cute with television screens along with music in the background. We shared the sampler and all of it was descent. I didn't care to much for it. We were served tortilla chips with salsa. It was nice the waitress refilled our chips. Service was okay. Our waitress didn't seem friendly. She ended up getting busy with other customers. This place was just okay. There's also seating outside but we chose to dine inside. I think this place is good for drinks and happy hour. There's one restroom in the back which was clean. Food was just okay.

We went yesterday at around 1 pm for drinks, service was super slow, there was no bartender on Duty, we were told the bartender would be there at around 2pm. We waited and ask for sodas and waters which took like 20 minutes to get served to us, the cups were dirty had lipstick stains on them, and also one of the waters had a piece of meat inside. Aside from that, service was very slow and not very friendly. Very disappointed.

Came here with my husband and mom after not having been for a year. Service was crazy slow and our food was not good. I don't expect much, but this was remarkably bad! I remember loving their tacos back when my friend lived in Otay. I couldn't wait to go since moving here myself. Shame.

The service and food was terrible. We ordered soft drinks and it took at least 15 mins., before they brought our drinks. The chips were stale. Our food took about an hour to come out. We ordered street tacos and they literally had 3 little bite size of meat on each and half a teaspoon of cilantro and onion. It was pathetic. I ordered carne asada fries and there was barely any meat, about 2 Tablespoons and the rest French fries. When I brought it to the waitresses attention all she did was smile and made an excuse that they had a lot of to go orders. I told her about the issue and she didn't handle the issue by offering us something else. To top it off our bill was $52.00 for the 4 of us.

Horrible service. Went here with a couple of friends from another country expecting great food and service but apparently they can't serve fast enough. Food was ok but there are better taco places close by. It took an hour and a half just for the food to come out. It took three requests for us to get water as well. I will never go back to this place again. Their excuse was because they were serving a bigger party inside.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this place... I can't think of anything they got right. We got seated around 6:30pm and it took a while until anyone came to ask for our order. We asked for waters, another bowl of chips and salsa, but got none of it. When the server came to finally get our order, she got it wrong and the orders never came out at the same time. When one of the servers came over to serve drinks, she asked who ordered the strawberry margarita. Then I said we didn't, we ordered a pomegranate margarita. She then, magically said, "oh, this is pomegranate!" Like she has some sort magic. When my friend tasted the margarita, it was for sure strawberry. Sitting here, an hour and a half and still waiting for everything!! We only got our tacos and what appeared like a makeshift burrito with rice. My friend complained multiple times and asked to cancel the orders. The server STILL did not get that right. She came back and said food is almost out. I can't believe what terrible service this place has. We should have gotten the clue to run the opposite direction when we saw that this place is completely empty on a Saturday night!! Their excuse was - there's a big table and that's why there's a holdup in the kitchen. :/

The worst restaurant ever!!!!when we got here we ask to be seated outside and ask to put an additional table from the original setup but they didn't even do it and we where the one that set it up..next when we ordered we ask for water ..the water didn't came in after 30mins and the drinks that we ordered was wrong I ordered a pomegranate margarita and they gave me strawberry..my husband ask for a pitcher of beer but they brought a 16oz mug. Then our order came in about an hour and still missing 3 dishes..for the 1st hour they gave us the free chip that wasn't even crisp it was stale.. then we ask for the rest of our order but they said they are still making it and the reason why it's taking a long time because there's a big party on the other table., That wasn't a good excuse cause there's more customers than that big party they are serving..in the end we where in there for a total of 2 hours for just some tacos...what a joke!!!this is the 1st and last time will be coming in to this restaurant!!!very disappointing

Been coming here since 2014 and have never had issues, Ruben who was the bartender made the best drinks but he lived far from Otay so he decided to leave. Either way the management continues to provide great service, great place to hangout if you're not trying to leave Eastlake or Otay. If you're military you'll love it here. Most places are packed and you get crappy service, ie. Karina's. Unless you're a regular that drops $$$$ you'll get second class service.
The birria here is delicious . Great service, atmosphere and food!!! I would absolutely recommend this place to every one!!

This place has gone way downhill. Gone is the charming, fun bartender. Gone are the delicious micheladas. Gone is the simple and delicious menu. It seems this place is under new management and they are trying to steer the restaurant in a different direction. The menu is very blah and extremely overpriced. The T&T fries are gone. The Low Carb cheese shell taco is still available but no longer on the menu. I miss the original Taco & Tarros. Who wants a kale salad with their tarro? RIP

Never again!!! Cold meat, soggy undercooked tortillas, and flavorless. On top of that the person who ordered before me got her food first from one of the cooks and since mine was togo I had to wait for the waitress to finish her personal call to gime me my nasty meals. Total waste of my hard earned money.
