Absolutely phenomenal experience! Chef Aaron and his team delivered a truly world-class dining experience with exceptional attention to detail. Every dish was executed to perfection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Without a doubt, the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life!

The sushi was delicious and the service was great. I recommend getting the smoked old fashioned if you are looking for a nice adult beverage to pair with your food.

Excellent. Yellow Torro straight from Spain Gluten-free options and no imitation crab anywhere on the menu. Highly recommend this place if you can just get to it

Outstanding quality fish especially for a resort sushi restaurant. The standard maki rolls (spicy tuna) i thought was just ok but the sushi nigiri and sashimi were outstanding. And they even have Toro on the menu.
Prices are not cheap but ok I thought.
As I peeked into the kitchen, you can see rows of neatly organized and labeled fresh ingredients. Looks like a well run restaurant!

Easily the best food option at the Gaylord. They only have 6 tables and a sushi bar for seating options so prepare for that. However the staff seem to move rather quickly. All the rolls and appetizers were fantastic. Cocktails are made next door at Treo and brought over. Sapporo available on draft as well. The fresh wasabi was very good and is highly recommended. Would suggest trying this place if you’re staying at the Gaylord!
