Meh. Tried 4x. Overrated--hit/miss cranky service, not all items on menu are always available it seems. Not great, not terrible, not reliable when it comes to what's available either.
These are definitely the best tamales in town. I've lived in Chula Vista for 13 years and I recently came across this place. It's best if you place your order ahead of time. The masa is not dry at all and the all the fillings are so tasty 😋
10/10 would recommend. it was my first time going here and will definitely be back. i was recommended the mango raspado by the nice cashier and it did not disappoint. i used to live in mexico and have been craving an authentic raspado for so long and i finally found my favorite place. best part is, it was only $6. they also sell tamales which i will definitely be trying next time i go. delicious and cheap.
